Review Time
I ordered my watch after seeing high ratings and reviews and wanting a replacement for another brand smart watch that had ceased working. The order timescale was listed as 3 - 4 working days which suited my plan for an event a week later.After nearly two weeks the watch had not arrived and I asked for a refund.The reply was that the watch was with the courier en route so they could not refund but if I still did not want the watch, I could return it for a refund which I accepted. After another nearly two weeks on chasing the order, ionos told me that delivery had failed, the watch returned by the courier and I was to give my address details etc again and they would send again.I told them I wanted a refund as I did not trust them to deliver.I was informed that their return policy stated a 15% deduction for refund of returned items. Not once but 4 or 5 times I responded that I had not received a delivery and I did not return, so I expect a full refund.On each occasion they replied with the same message about the 15% wearing me down.So now I have accepted the " return" charge and it seems my only recourse is a negative review. So buyers beware and I shall in future be very wary of purchases from China.
I brought my watch from ionoswatch UK which is apparently based in china. it never stayed connected to my phone for than two minutes and battery life was no longer than to days it was advertised battery life was a minimum of seven to 10 days.I had to argue to return watch a which point I had to pay for return and apparently the customs duties that are involved I have had nothing but problems with the company with messages coming through slowly company would not admit fault with watch even though video evidence sent .It is a slow expensive return should you need to.It is over all a very unhelpful company which I will happy to never have the pleasure to contact again.
The watch does what most smart fitness watches do and will cover most people’s requirements I’m sure BUT the hiking watch is HUGE at around 50mm and unless you’re a 6’5” gorilla it’s just too big. The quality is suspect as the centre control crown has bent slightly when I’ve been working (manual labour) and because it’s so big it has a tendency to turn off if the crown is pushed in for a sustained period which is sometimes when you bend your hand back and in turn pushes on the crown.Battery life is however very good but I’m not sure about the accuracy of the gps or other monitoring measurements as I’ve not checked it against my Garmin. Dial is very bright and easy to read.
1 star is too high for this company, it's absolutely shocking! The watch does not stay connected to Bluetooth, if you can get it to connect in the first place! In 4 weeks, I've managed to connect it 3 times but then it disconnects within minutes meaning I'm missing calls/messages!Customer service just gives same instructions in different ways! IT suggested walking out if the room for 20 minutes and then it will reconnect! Absolutely shocking! No matter how hard I've tried I can't get a refund! Such a waste of time and money. AVOID!!!
The watches they advertise look really good, when you then click purchase the page that comes up with said watch is different but looks very similar, try and get a return or refund is made extremely difficult if not impossible. Please avoid as not in the UK, in China,these web sites should be banned as in my eyes fraudulent.
0 STARSDO NOT BUY THIS STUPID WATCH!Absolute scam company, the watches are terrible and are not worth the money. All the reviews below are true it's impossible to get a refund.They have completely refused to give us anything more than a small percentage then gone on about shipping fees etc etc. Shocking. We are still trying and going to try and see if we can get a refund through the credit card company.
DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH!!!It does,t maisures the kcal of any sports properly: for example 1 hour (28 km) spinning with intervall, running and climbing Hills measures 5 kcal!!!While my bike says 635 kcal, and my old Watch 425 kcal.It’s the same with bodypump and bodybalance.Also the steps are incorrect.You can’t measure swimming sport with this Watch.After many mails, where they offered me first 5 % then 10 % and later 15 % refund.Finale they told me how I could sent the Watch back to China, all costs ( custom fees, country taxes INeed to pay myself, all the risk are for myself.They make it unattracted to sent it back this way.Very bad service!Be Warned!!!
Customer service is terrible I asked to return the watch and get a refund. Lucy was the representative of the company she avoided any attempt from me to find out how to return the watch. Even after numerous emails.A total bad experience. Avoid dealing with this company.
