Review Time
Poor communication, lack of accountability for not delivery an item from Lowe’s. Poor customer service. Delivery had to be rescheduled for 3 days later. Guys come without mask. Guy was rude about my Goldendoodle, before I even let him inside my home. I was visibly getting his collar on so he wouldn’t jump while the guy is outside and my storm door was shut, he said “keep your dog away from me” 🙄😆 I had my dog my his collar and opened the door and made sure to keep the man away from my dog!!! Horrible company. It’s too bad Lowe’s uses them!
They delivered my fridge and stove for Lowes and didn't hook the stove up right but they were nice at least, I had to pay someone else to do it right. Then after I paid the extra fee for them to haul away they said sign right here showing we did you a favor after coming out twice to do one job but had to come out a third time because I believe after they treated me like that they also put the dent in my new fridge. They left my fridge in my back yard took me they will be right back then they jumped in the truck and left.
The worst experience ever. I ordered a SoulCycle Bike that never came during the scheduled delivery window. When I called to see where it was they said it would be there in a hour that it was 1 stop away ( I took unpaid time off from work to be there for this delivery) . An hour goes by and it never arrived- neither time did they send an email- text - or call to let me know. When I called a second time they said that their were issues with a delivery and they don't know when it will be there or if the drivers will have "driving time" left for the day to even delivery it. Also the first woman I spoke to clearly lied to me because it was not 1 stop away - I tried to reschedule the delivery but they will not deliver after 6 or on the weekend- nor do I trust that they will show up any other scheduled time from looking at the other reviews.
Delivery time for our Peloton bike was 8am- 12pm. No show and no call. We reached out several times and was given different delayed delivery times. Still have not arrived with our bike. We contacted Peloton who said the driver can not provide a time of when they will arrive even though they are hours late. I guess they just assume we have nothing else better to do than sit around all day waiting on them. Peloton bikes are expensive. I would expect better customer service and delivery for such a expensive bike.
Indianapolis, IN (Peloton Bike + Delivery)JB HUNT delivered my Peloton today. They gave a 4 hour window & they arrived at 10:25...great!! The driver called me when they were 25 mins away....also great!! The bike was already assembled except for the monitor....time saver. They put the monitor on & left within 10 minutes. They were friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to explain anything. They didn't show me how lock my feet in or show me how to make adjustments to my bike. Luckily, the sales rep at the store had already given me seat & handlebar adjustment numbers.I have read horrible reviews about JB Hunt delivering Peloton merchandise. However, I am very thankful that I had a good experience with them!!! Good job JB!Also, my sales rep said my Peloton (Bike +) should arrive within 8-10 weeks of my order date and it did!! My Peloton was scheduled for delivery 1/12 between 10-2. JB Hunt called at 10:15 that day to say they were out of inventory and rescheduled me for 2/1 10-2. No show and no call. Today is 2/3 and I have spent more than 2 hours trying to get a representative on the phone. Once I got a representative, she put me on hold. It has been 40 minutes.
We ordered a Peloton bike plus on November 27, 2020. Unfortunately, Peloton uses JB Hunt to deliver in TX. JB Hunt has scheduled my delivery for January 6, 2021. They delivered me a monitor without the bike plus. We have reached out to Peloton twice. Contacted JB Hunt and they are saying they have delivery dates in March to deliver the bike plus. That is unsatisfactory. We told them we should be first on the list for delivery. So, the representative from JB Hunt said to give them until morning of January 15, 2021 to call us back to confirm an early delivery date. We received no calls. This is insane and we are considering cancelling this whole Peloton order.Will we ever receive my bike?We are so disappointed and frustrated.
