Review Time
I tried three others before this to replace my ~15 year old Warren Evans mattress, all from relatively well known brands. They were all terrible. A friend recommended John Ryan - I'd never heard of them but the mattress is truly excellent. I'm a customer for life.
We got in touch with John Ryan by design last year after my brother and sister in-law had bought one unfortunately at the time finances wouldn't allow however this year when we could we got back in touch with Julie and she asked us the same questions to see if our needs had changed which they had and she made an alternative suggestion as to what we should buy. They were a great company to deal with before, during and after so would highly recommend.
Just as all of the other reviews say. I was worried about ordering a mattress online after trying so many in the shops but thought that with the return policy would allow me to hive it a go at least. I can't fault the company, service or product. After a telephone conversation about my partner and my sleeping preferences we went for the king size artisan mattress. It arrived perfectly packed by a company that took pride in delivering it! As soon as we slept on the mattress we knew we had made the right choice. It was extremely comfortable and we have both slept like babies since. The mattress is beautifully made with real quality. I can't recommend it or John Ryan anymore, go for it and give one a go you won't look back.
Super happy with the purchase. The sales assistant gave me so much guidance, and the product is exactly what we needed. The trial period gave me a lot of reassurance, not that we needed to return/exchange. The quality of the mattress is fantastic - especially given the price-point. The delivery process was personal. Packaging was easy to dispose off. Couldn't be happier - so glad that a company like this exists.
The team were very helpful when I spoke to them and delivery was very straightforward. The mattress itself is extremely comfortable and I am very happy with it - one month in and I'm loving it! Ready to flip it now which is exciting as it will be like new again!! 🤣
While it was a bit on the pricey side, it has proven to be worth every penny. I can't recommend it enough, I have the best night's sleep thanks to this amazing mattress! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. After placing my order, I received a personal call to discuss my sleeping habits and ensure that the mattress I chose was the perfect fit for me.
