Buying a mattress is non an easy task. There are so many companies and products on the market that you can spend ages searching and still not be sure if this is your best choice. John Ryan website is brilliant. Full of interesting facts and comparisons. I have emailed them three times before making a decision and they were quick in responding to my questions. After placing an online order I got a call back where my order was confirmed and then got a certificate in the mail. I felt the company was very professional. Delivery people were good.
Mattress (Artizan) is brilliant. I have been sleeping better since I had it a bit over a month ago. A bit heavy as they use mostly natural materials but on the plus side I sweat less during the night. It needs two people to rotate or flip it over every month but if someone can help it's manageable. Very helpful staff. Good communication throughout. But delivery company could plan and manage their day better. Overall, very happy with my purchase so far.
