Review Time
Purchased the Artisan Tailored Pocket 2000 king size Mattress in September 2020. Although it was extremely comfortable at first, just over 4 years of use I noticed it had dipped heavily on 1 side despite being turned and rotated at the recommended intervals. We purchased the correct mattress which exceeded our weight criteria (we're both under 75kgs). Extremely disappointed with the mattress, especially so considering the price point. I suppose we were taken in by the website declaring how superior the mattresses are. I can't be bothered attempting to make a claim under the warranty as I genuinely would not want to put my back through pain again. Thankfully it's being disposed of in the coming days.Edited to reply to your response:The part where you state "if you had contacted us before placing this review...." speaks volumes.I deliberately decided against reaching out to you. Reason being, aside from wanting to avoid a long drawn out saga, the best outcome that could possibly be achieved would be another one of your products. Something I could never contemplate again.

Very good customer service and contact with REAL people who wanted to ensure that you had made the correct decision with regard to the mattress chosen and it was right for you - Reliable, friendly and efficient.Comfortable and quality product. My experience from start to finish was brilliant - the quiz on the website helped narrow down my search and Julie was able to help me make my final decision. Everyone is super informative and helpful. The mattress is amazing, more expensive than others I was looking at but 100% worth the money for quality and experience.

Really pleased with the new mattress.nice toknow that it can be turned 180degrees and also flipped over both for longer life.am having a much better sleep compared to my last mattress.is extremely well made and so comfortable.the only downside is that I missed out on free delivery due to date of the order
