Second time I've bought from JJ. I did have some issues but those were with the delivery company not JJ. My first purchase was a gorgeous Sofology 2 seater.Ewan was very helpful and extremely supportive, couldnt fault him. Most recent purchase arrived today, a 2 seater chaise sofa + footstool and it's beautiful, I'm really impressed and Rob was great, brilliant communication throughout. I've no hesitation recommending this company. I've had 2 sofas, a footstool and an armchair and all were in perfect condition on arrival.Well done 👏
I PURCHASED 6 CHAIRS , HAD ISSUES WITH COUPLE OF THE CHAIRS.Email sent , Rob called me back first thing in the morning 9am.Chelsea was dealing with my case and she has been brilliant, having working in retail her approach and handling my issues she has been fantastic, a true asset for the company .I have recommended Joseph and Joseph to friends and work colleagues and will be buying infutre from them
We visited the Old Trafford/Stretford outlet on Saturday and Manik Singh was exceptional.We had visited a competitor earlier in the day and another store later in the day and Manik’s service stood out for its excellence.Manik was friendly, welcoming and charming without being intrusive or pushy.He introduced himself quickly but gave us the freedom to browse at our leisure and not hound us or track us round the store which felt really welcoming. He was on hand when we needed him and helped with queries on sofas and dining sets.We ended up purchasing a 2 and 3 seater sofa for delivery pre Xmas.Malik was a big part of that sale happening and I’ll be returning for any future furniture needs.

Visited Saturday 6th December and purchased a sofa setWe went through the process with Manik ( Manik Singh). He was really helpful and personable, wasn’t pushy and allowed us to look at stock without any pressure and answered all of our questions. Made the whole process really easy! Had my suites delivered on the 3rd December and once again a great bunch of lads delivery was perfect and all plastic was removed would highly recommend buying from this company and delivered on the day they said they were coming so 5 stars 🌟 again.

We are not a typical furniture store. In fact, we do virtually everything differently. We receive and process clearance stock from traditional retailers. Retailers send us clearance stock for many reasons. We receive photography samples, end-of-line stock, cancelled orders, customer returns and ex-display pieces. This stock is sorted, quality checked, photographed and uploaded to our website.
As our name suggests, we were founded in 2019 by Joseph and James. After leaving school at 18, they launched the company from a dilapidated basement unit in a Stockport mill with just 5 sofas.
The popularity of their discounted branded sofas and rapid delivery model facilitated strong growth. Joseph and James have always sought to do things differently from the incumbent outlets. This began by being the first furniture outlet to host a website which showed their live stock and was available to be ordered immediately by customers.
