My second review to confirm my poor and appalling experience. They couldn’t deliver my bulky panels at my date of choosing despite the long chain of emails citing their unreasonable short notice period and this not being part of sales contract. My partner had to take urgent leave to receive and after all the inconvenience and a month of dates they threw at me despite communicating with them they don’t work: we received a damaged solid panel which clearly has taken a knock with dents and cracks only possible at an industrial location. Dear Phil Dickens and management team: Please take responsibility for a company born by furniture people. Really? A month to deliver and damaged goods you didn’t pay for? No delivery company delivers at their convenience, withholds my paid goods for almost a month and deliver them damaged. Please do us favor and do not take the B2C business of retailers. You are damaging your own brand and theirs.I say this with no prejudice - I have used cross country, international delivery services and many Uk delivery services over the years and this by far the worst experience. A delivery company withholding paid goods because of their flawed delivery schedule and damaging them in the process

Kinetics logistics - excellent delivery

We recently purchased a shed from Costco, and the delivery was handled by Kinetic Logistics. The delivery team, Drago and Nenko, were outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. They kept us informed of their arrival time, which was especially helpful as it was a delivery for my elderly parents. Both were courteous, helpful, and professional throughout. Excellent service – highly appreciated!

AVOID Kineticlogistics company

AVOID Kineticlogistics company! They are very poor. No customer service to talk to! I purchased goods from Costco on the 21 September. I was informed delivery is 25 September. They sent me message confirming delivery is 25 September however they never deliver. They said because we sent you an email asking you to ACCEPT delivery and you didn’t reply so we CANCELED delivery. Ok it went to my Junk box and didn’t see it! They said sorry we can do nothing! Ok when will i receive my order? They said we don’t know yet whenever we have lots of goods going to your area we will arrange. So I have to wait for WEEKS to receive my goods. Also NO customer service to talk to! I was barely getting email responses from them.SERIOUSLY THE POOREST LOGISTICS COMPANY IN THE UK!!!! Costco has to change this company ASAP!!@Costco

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs . No customer service number to call. Ignore Emails and answer text messages with a Ai generated text.2 weeks ago sent half my order but the other half never got on the van due to a computer error!!!. Then 2 weeks later attempted to deliver and the van broke down this happened last year with the same company and on that occasion they broke a mirror wardrobe in transit. They could send a replacement van out to take over the deliveries on the day but it as to be towed back to base .A very poorly run company and the most frustrating thing is you can't talk to a person 😕

Appalling customer service

Graham Gardener failed to collect the parcel and I wasted a whole day waiting for him to arrive. No update provided or apology sent. I've never encountered such appalling customer service and to make matters worse, I’ve been left out of pocket not being able to work while I wait for Kinetic Logistics. Disgraceful!!!

Costco tv delivery

I just got my delivery from Costco, 65”Tv. I got it delivered because the box is massive and when delivery turned up the driver Roy who had sent a text saying he would be with me within 20 minutes just picked it up like it was nothing and carried it into my house.
