Holiday Perfection!The tree I got from King of Christmas is everything I hoped for and more! It’s lush, realistic, and so beautifully crafted—it’s the star of my holiday season. The pre-lit design made decorating so quick and easy, and the quality is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
I just set up my 2 King of Christmas Trees. One is a 7 Foot Flock Tree purchased 3 years ago. I am very happy with my Tree, The flock is still beautiful and still fluffy. The other is a beautiful 8FT Spruce Tree with Lights and it is absolutely gorgeous with the snowflake ornaments purchased last year. Today I received my cute 3ft flock tree with lights for my sofa table. It’s beginning to feel and look like Christmas!I would highly recommend the King of Christmas most beautiful trees.
I bought a tree last year from King of Christmas. It was pre-lit and unfortunately I bought it for this Christmas and didn't open up the box until this past week. The tree I purchased was supposed to have two different types of branches the more realistic looking ones and a thicker brand. The realistic types were all hidden it was they were close to the pole on the inside so you couldn't see them. So with this type of tree there's really no fluffing of the branches involved cuz they don't really move. I've had the tree up for maybe four days some of the lights are no longer working. All the ornaments are on it I have over 300 ornaments that go on it and I am not about to take them down but I would not buy a tree from them I would never recommend buying a tree from them I would not recommend even going into look. Just finish your bought one from there doesn't mean that's the one you're getting. Plus I wrote to them and never heard of reply back. The respectable company can't reply to their happy and or unhappy customers they're pretty crappy company in my opinion.
We bought the tree several years ago. Now the same tree is $1999. The tree lasted 6 years without any problems and was a beautiful tree. Now the lights in the top section have gone out and cannot be fixed, well they probably could be but won’t because customer service role in the problem “it’s out of warranty”. Flocked tree WILL turn brown or “smoker yellow”. The top section (section E) has gone out and now we have a half lit tree. For $2000 to last 5 years is unacceptable. Do better. Your products are beautiful, yet the quality you talk about for the service you deliver is absolute 💩.
BUYER BEWARE!!! The worst customer service on the plane!!!!! Cant get anyone on the phone and had to dispute with my credit card company. Bought online and tried to exchange minutes after to no avail. They would rather have a return??No wonder they would rather have a return, they charge $500 to return the purchase. Click on any contact info on their site, it will get you nowhere and a message back "no-reply from this email address" What..... its the link they send you to. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND EVERY WEBSITE ABOUT THIS.
