*** Shoppers Beware of Pricing Games.***This business wildly fluctuates their pricing on their trees several times a day. These changes are significant. A tree I just received and paid $299 for (on a “Black Friday sale”) was: * $149 yesterday—for a taller version. (An email KoC sent me let me know.)* $499 a few minutes later, and then…* $99 later that night (flocked version).If you have a question, customer service puts you on hold (half an hour both times I called) while they check with the back office; and the reps provide contradictory information. The tree I received (King Noble Fir), to give my honest assessment, looked like it was worth $99. Only the outer edges of the branches have “realistic” leaves; about midway into the middle and lower branches, they are *very* cheap looking. The wire wrapping the “trunk” had a large bunch of unraveling, wispy threads obviously coming apart from something within the wires.I decided to return the tree, even though it means I’ll lose $50 ($40 handling fee + non-refundable $10 shipping insurance).
I recently purchased a tree form KOC, overall it was a good experience. The product descriptions and pictures match the items. The tree arrived well-packaged and in good conditions. It is a much better tree than others I have purchased before online. The setup was very straight forward. Overall, I would highly recommend KOC for anyone looking to purchase a quality artificial Christmas tree.
I had the best experience with king of Christmas! I usually go for the real trees but I didn’t want the hassle this year. This was my first time ordering with them and it was with ease. My tree came super fast and it’s so beautiful! The quality of the tree is so nice full and real like. The lights are bright and I love that the lights time out after a while so I don’t have to remember to turn it off for bed!
We have had this tree for over 5 years and have loved it until now. Recently a section of 10 LEDs stopped lighting. I contacted King of Christmas expecting to be able to purchase a new string of lights out of warranty. They e-mailed me a form requiring photos. I spent hours photographing, transferring files, resizing and sending the photos and form. They then sent a e-mail saying they would not even try to help me unless I supplied an order number. Who keeps their order numbers after 5 years?! After more time wasted with their customer service representative on the phone he tells me that even with an order number they would not sell me any lights or parts after the warranty has expired. Would have been nice to know at the beginning. Nice tree but horrible after warranty support. Will never buy from them again.
Hands down my ultimate favorite tree! I’m so in love with my 7ft Prince Flock!! It’s super easy to assemble literally did not take long at all! I love the way it looks and after I puff it even more gorgeous !! Thank you KOC for such quality products!!!! I will be recommending my friends and family !
Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT BUY. OVERPRICED JUNK!! $1300 Tree arrived damaged, No Working Lights, tree looked nothing like photos as far as flocking either. Had to perform 5 tests, pictures and videos and took 7 calls to get customer service to approve refund and not charge a $175 return fee for their broken crap.To this day I am still waiting on a return label. It has been another week and 9 more calls. And umpteen emails. I was told I only needed the one (2) labels of the same for each box. Loaded the 2 large heavy boxes and took to Fed EX only to be told I in fact needed 2 different labels with separate tracking numbers. As I assumed. Still to date waiting for another label!!! You only get agents from another country and English language is not the best. AVOID ALL AT COST Today is another day, I’ll see if ai can get another label!!
10/10! Worth every penny!! We bought our first King of Christmas tree 3 years ago and we came back for our seconds! Our first tree is flocked and it’s gorgeous, but we wanted some green this year. Our new tree is just as beautiful and high quality as the first! Customer service was fantastic helping make the right decision for our new tree. We just finished decorating both trees and we couldn’t be happier!
