Wow is understatement… I hardly write reviews, but this company deserves one. I was recommended ordering my tree from here and it was nothing short of stunning. Super easy to set up by myself. The quality is exquisite and I had no fall out from the branches! No mess this year! I’m obsessed and so happy, well worth the purchase.

I purchased a tree, expecting a high quality product, only to find that the lights do not work. I spent hours taking videos of myself troubleshooting and trying to fix the issue, as per their instructions. After a week of back-and-forth, there is still no solution.To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unhelpful. They refuse to let me speak to a manager or escalate the issue to the troubleshooting team. I have been left with a defective product and no resolution in sight.This experience has been a nightmare. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. I will never buy from King of Christmas again and highly discourage others from wasting their money here. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
I saw a tik-tok video of one of the trees and had to check them out. Not only am I so happy with how my new tree looks (such an upgrade from the one I got at Home Depot last year) but the customer service was incredible! I had a few questions and they got back to me so fast. The shipping was also super quick which I was so happy about as I was super impatient waiting to get my tree up. If you are looking for an high quality artificial tree this is definitely a good place to order from!
Their customer service and product are top notch. The tree arrived quickly and was beautiful, better than the pictures. I'm stunned to see these recent reviews, makes me think they are under attack by another company creating false reviews. I've referred at least 5 other people to them and they have no complaints and love their trees!
8FT tree is missing - not delivered as FedEx says. This is the response we get,As per our Lost Item Policy, we ask that you please fill out and submit the affidavit below, as well as provide a photo of a matching government-issued ID to the name/address on your order. As your order is above $500, please file and also submit a mandatory state police report.Once submitted, please allow a representative up to 24 business hours to review your claim and assist you with the next steps toward resolving the matter.Please note, that the required documentation must be submitted no later than December 2, 2024*. If after this date, your claim is no longer eligible to be reviewed by a King of Christmas representative.*So, their missing delivery is on their customers to show proof of no delivery. Worst customer service ever. Run!!!!
Buyer beware… Although they have a very eye appealing product there after warranty has much to be desired. They offer no replacement parts after the warranty has expired this is only the 3rd Christmas and top section no longer works did all the trouble shooting as directed but when determined the top section was faulty Christian at customer service basically advised time to replace the tree.. most likely will never buy again.
