Review Time
We usually set up our tree early November. As soon as we put the tree together it was not lighting. We called troubleshooting and they send you a few hoops and photos needed and then 24-48 hours you think they are solving and sending replacement parts. A week later we get a box of tree pieces that are incorrect. Call back. Need another 24-48 hours to investigate. but , yep they screwed up so here we go again.Takes another few days to ship the box and lo and behold, we finally get it 12/18Now we are 3-4 weeks into this ordeal. And guess what. Does it work? Is it correct? No.So i called yesterday and they need, you guess it, 24-48 hours to investigate. I Call back today and they say give them another 24 hours. Well will they expedite shipping of parts ? “No we don’t do that.”So basically i need to buy a tree elsewhere in stock 7 days before Xmas, eat the money bc they take days and weeks to get things handled??
The tree was shipped immediately after the order was placed and arrived so fast! Unboxing and setting up the tree was sooo easy and fun! Beautiful looking tree - amazing color - high quality & looks as pictured! Loved the whole experience & would 100% recommend if you want a fast delivery, easy setup, and gorgeous tree! 5 STARS!!!
The ease of assembly, and the beauty of the product after assembly was amazing. My Prince tree flocked, was so pretty after assembling and fluffing that it was tempting to not put any ornaments on it! There were many compliments about my tree, decorated and and decorated!Also, the ease of disassembling and storage was a whiz!
Purchase a tree last year....absolutely beautiful. So I bought the same tree this year only 1 foot taller and it's an absolute disappointment. They do not look the same....this year's tree is ugly. I tried customer service and basically they don't care to help. It's all by email. I had 2 professional designers look at the tree, their professional opinion is it's definitely not the same. They have been in business for over 30 years and professional decorate christmas trees and can't understand what King of Christmas doesn't see in the pictures. Needless to say the tree in an embarrassment and KOC will not do anything about it and I will have to put it away in the box. I am sick over the amout if money I have spent in 2 years with this company.....buyer beware....choose another company and not this one. SO DISAPPOINTED 😞
The first tree I received the lights didn't work. Called King of Christmas and they immediately sent me another tree and told me not to send the first one back but to donate it. I gave the tree to the Salvation Army and sent the company my receipt. I could not have asked for better customer service and the great way they dealt with my problem.
