I love Lacemade. I have bought three different dresses and each one of them makes me look so beautiful. I recently wore the black dress I bought to a dinner with my boyfriend and he wouldn't stop staring at me. He says that he feels like he's living a dream with me, like I was from a fairytale book. Lol. Thank-you lacemade for making me look beautiful!!
UPDATE : I’m updating my previous review. I placed my order in February for two pre-ordered dresses. It was shipped in April—so you just need to be patient. The customer service team even included a small gift in my package to make up for the production delay, which was a really nice touch. The dresses are of excellent quality, which makes up for the long wait. Customer service responds fairly quickly via the chat on the website, so don’t hesitate to reach out to them. I recommend this store.
This company needs to be investigated. Ive been purchasing from them for about a year now. Everything was fine until 12/2024 when their service went extremely downhill. I ordered around Christmas only for Lacemade to take down the listing of the items i ordered off their website (red flag #1). Then when i would reach out via their customer service for an ETA on when i would get my pending order, they would refuse to give it to me and tell me to just wait after 2 months of waiting (red flag #2). In 02/2025, I finally got my order and it was hot garbage. The dress literally was being held on by hot glue where the dressmaker stopped sewing. There were loose threads everywhere and all the items smelled of formaldehyde(red flag #3). They sent me a return slip when i asked for one via their website chat. Then they ghosted me on the refund once USPS showed they received my return (red flag #4). I waited for weeks and reached out multiple times for my refund. Eventually, i was forced to make a chargeback through my bank. Lacemade became incredibly sketchy as a company who steals from its customers and sends faulty clothing. Do not buy from them unless you want to potentially lose out on money.
UPDATE: 11-03-2025 The package has been finally delivered to me today (so 1 day after they marked it as delivered) togheter with another lacemade package that was scheduled to be delivered today, after I called the local hub (and it was not an easy task find the local hub and their phone number, because they are under different company names, but I'm a good researcher). Anyway, after I called, a lady told me that yesterday due to a tech problem no courier left the hub to deliver packages, and that both my packages should have been delivered to me today, which indeed happened at 14:20. So I rectify my review, I truly love lacemade clothes, but their total lack of communication and customer care, plus their questionable shipping partners, is really still pretty annoying. ------------------------------Package sent to Italy (order #102413) with local HR PARCEL courier marked as delivered but I never received it!!! This horrible italian courier has hundreds of negative feedbacks on trustpilot since they use to mark packages as delivered when they are not, and now I lost 130 euros of items because this company uses a bad courier!! Not to mention lacemade never reply to emails!! They only replied once after tons of messages and emails. Horrible customer care and horrible shipping service. Unfortunately I was lucky to receive the first package so I made other orders that I'm afraid will not be delivered as well by that HR PARCEL! What a shame!!! I'm really so angry about that!!!
The quality of the dresses is a little hit or miss, but most are beautifully made. The designs are gorgeous as well, make sure to measure yourself and follow the sizing and you'll have no problem. As for the customer service they've always answered quickly for me although one of my dresses came broken and they only offered to refund $15...
I made an order 07/03/2025, but unfortunately costumers in my country retained the package. It seems informations were missing concerning taxes. I contacted lacemade telling about the issue and asking for help. The attendant asked me if I would accept a refund. I said that I really wanted the dress and asked if nothing could be done about that. She replied saying that unfortunately they will be stop shipping to my country - Brazil. Then I found about companies that intermediate the costumer and seller, like qwintry. I asked them if they could send the dress again for the address that qwintry provided for me in the US and from there they could send to me. But there was no answer and already many days passed. I spent my money and I have not the product neither a refund, and nobody from lacemade manifests to solve my problem. As they are selling to Brazil, I expected at least they would try to find a way to solve the problem, but they simply don't care. Why then they provide service to my country and illude people that create unfulfilled expectations? I'm frustrated and don't recommend this company to no one.
Ordered $400 worth of dresses and it's been three weeks: they do not respond to my emails, they outright ignore my messages on TikTok and Instagram, they never update the tracking beyond "Order is Confirmed." If you read the comments on their Instagram you'd encounter so many people with the same experience. This is borderline on a scam, just taking people's money and in return give them nothing like that.Do Not order from this company.
The clothes are beautiful but the quality is abysmal. Anyone with a larger chest should be prepared to wear something under the dress even if it’s supposed to fit. The sleeves are tight, I wore it for several hours (mostly sitting) and came home to find several rips in the flimsy see through material. It came with visible piece of black thread sewn between the layers of dress which was super visible since it’s light pink. I bought matching corset and it gorgeous but don’t expect to sinch your waist at all because the corset string snapped when I tried to put it on.I honestly have more problems but that’s all worth sharing
im in australia, took about 2 or so weeks to come. nicely packaged and is of a nice cotton material.i purchased the red garnet corset dresssizing is not the best, i am 70 around waist and 90 bust and i ordered L when i usually fit in M so that it could fit my bust. this was the right decision because they do not make alot of room for the bust - if you have a larger chest size up!! it has corset boning around the waist but is loose there, i thought it would be okay as there is a bow in the back to adjust and it is better with that but would be nice if it fit snug already.i might just sew it a bit tighter around the waist.the zipper is a bit annoying, ive seen other reviews say this too, so i reckon if it fit very snug the zipper would be hard to do upit looks the same as the images and is soo pretty so i am happy
Decided to take a chance so my friends and I could have matching dresses for an event. Ordered over a month ago through their website. It was not a preorder, but I knew to expect overseas shipping to take a bit despite their website promising 6-9 business days. Waited to inquire, but since I haven't received any info in over a month I decided to email them only to be met with "your order has been cancelled". Cancelled? Out of nowhere? Now they have ghosted me with no explanation or refund for the cancellation. I really didn't even want a refund, but if I'm not going to receive the product then...? So now I have no dress and am out the money I spent. Atp I will dispute it with my bank.
