I’ve been familiar with Lacemade for about six months now, and I can confidently say that it is my favorite clothing brand at the moment. Every piece they create literally embodies everything I love.Since childhood, I’ve been enchanted by medieval fantasy with princesses, mermaids, fairies, and other magical creatures. I admired the outfits of the main heroines in these fairy tales and dreamed of wearing such dresses myself. But I could never find a brand that combined the spirit of vintage with a modern twist — until I came across an ad for their clothing on Instagram.At first, I was a bit nervous about ordering my first dress — I usually don’t trust new online stores I come across. But as soon as I put on that dress for the first time, I knew: it was love. The most magical outfits from my dreams were brought to life by this brand.I already own five items from them, two of which were gifts for participating in their contests. That’s why I want to especially highlight that Lacemade is not only a beautiful brand but also a generous one, regularly holding events and giveaways with valuable prizes. The administrators and customer support team are very kind and always quick to help and go the extra mile.If you, like me, are captivated by the atmosphere of this enchanting aesthetic and want to feel like the heroine of a magical fairy tale in a magnificent dress, I highly recommend this brand. Lacemade will definitely bring you the magic and style that are often missing in everyday life.
I am so happy to have discovered the beauty of lacemade. Wearing their stunning clothes has made me become a mote beautiful person and inspires me to live my life the way I want to, like a fantasy princess. Sometimes you may need to wait a few months for new clothes to be sent to you, but this is because of the high quality and very intricate details and handmade designs. I am so grateful for thus stunning brand to exist and bring beautiful girls together as a community of princesses! 🎀🌸💕
I placed an order worth ₹14,800 (Order #111998) with Lacemade over a month ago. The tracking number (YT2510822164000009 via YunExpress) shows a delivery alert, and the order is still undelivered. Despite this, they’ve marked it as “fulfilled” on their website, complete nonsense.I’ve contacted them on WhatsApp, Facebook, and email, and have received zero helpful responses. The only thing they told me was to “contact your local post office,” which was a completely useless and lazy excuse. I still went, and the post office told me YunExpress delivers directly and never uses local postal services.So now: • My money is stuck. • My parcel is missing. • And Lacemade has gone completely silent.They keep emailing me asking to review the dress I never received, how ridiculous is that?If you care about your money or peace of mind, DO NOT order from Lacemade. This is the most unprofessional, frustrating brand I’ve ever dealt with.
I have purchased from Lacemade 5 times (including Fleur Poetry, Glass Candy & Age of Adaline corset dresses), and the dresses are consistently much prettier in person! Haven't tried on my most recent purchase but so far, the dresses have been true to the size chart – only one dress (Cheryl Lady Corset Dress) hasn't fit because the size chart was specific numbers instead of ranges and my bust was only 3 cm over so I hoped it would be fine (it was not fine). So if you think you can squeeze in, size up instead and alter it to avoid disappointment. I've seen others have shipping issues: I'm in Australia and I always receive my dress within 2 weeks of ordering including for pre-order, although I am only purchasing one item at a time.
Ordered a dress which arrived promptly.However it was very small even using the sizing guide to order it.We returned the dress to America as per the instructions from Lacemade. This cost £20 from the Uk.We have proof the item was delivered and signed for at the address given by Lacemade.They are now saying they can't find the return and have not given a refund.Absolutely shocking, we are now £120 down on the cost of the dress and return postage.You have been warned and don't think this won't happen to you!
I love the dresses and the community. Everyone has been very kind and helpful to me, and I have always received my products, even when there were problems with production. When production was late they sent me an apology letter and a little gift to make up for it. This shows me they truly care about their customer's experience.
The first Malachite dress I received, I realized I needed a bigger size. I somewhat expected this so it wasn’t a bother, but I was surprised to see that one side of the skirt was sewn askew, one side being higher than the other. I thought to myself it worked out that I needed to send it back and get the bigger size.I received my new dress on April 12th. I am pretty much happy with it, but I wasn’t pleased to see that the inner slip was somehow sewn inside out. Given the amount of money I paid for the dress originally and for shipping (twice), I’d expect the quality to be a bit better than this. It makes me wonder if the people making these dresses are working very hurriedly (I’m afraid to think if it's due to the ethics of the workplace), or the machines processing these aren’t up to par. It’s not as horrible as the skewed skirt thing since I don’t think anyone at my Regency ball I’m wearing this to will notice, but it’s still disappointing.Based on what I’ve heard from recent LaceMade reviews from TrustPilot, there are quite a few people displeased with the company’s service lately. Either the quality has declined, or LaceMade’s service has always been spotty (such as customer service being very hard to get a hold of or just ghosting people and never giving them a refund, apparently). So far, this hasn’t been my experience in my few purchases from the seller, but this experience and the recent complaints make me wary of buying from the store again. This saddens me, since there are so many beautiful dresses I want from LaceMade, and I originally assumed they are a bit of a cut above fast fashion, but until I see evidence of the customer service and quality improving, I’m not sure if I should buy from them again.I really hate to give an average review, because the dress is really pretty, and I do like it. Yet, with all that said, I give this overall experience 3 stars. It wasn’t terrible, but not fantastic either.
