I wish I could give zero Stars…I ordered a down jacket a while ago and when it arrived in January it was way too small! I instantly got in contact to return the item and get my money back. I still have the receipt that I send my item back and followed the instructions that they told me to follow. The item arrived in the area where it should‘ve been shipped but due to customs fees they didn’t take my package and I‘ve tried to contact them multiple times via E-Mail and never got a reply. They STEAL from you!I just want to let you know that when you order from lacemade and want to send your item back you will NEVER get your money back. I‘m so enraged to them blatantly ignoring me that I will take legal measures to get my money back. Never buy from Lacemade.
Scam! I got my package after 2 months waiting then both of the dresses are too big, i wanted to return and they sent me an email saying that i HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE COST OF RETURN WITH A TRACKING CODE?? Im leaving in Germany and have to send those dresses to New York, which will cost like 40-50€ to get a tracking code. They dont have any return label for customer. It means you wont have any chance to return them and get refund. This was terrible customer service i've ever had in my life. No one should order anything from them because you could never return the items if it doesn't fit you. No hope to get a refund :) Never go back this store again. SCAMMMMM!!!!!!

I’ve sent DMs on Instagram and TikTok, and I even tried calling the phone number listed on the website, but nothing worked — I’ve been completely ignored.It’s extremely frustrating to be treated like this, especially after spending money and trusting the brand. I’m sharing this here because I’ve seen that many others are having the same issue, and still the company refuses to communicate.Please resolve this as soon as possible. I recently ordered beautiful dress from Lacemade, and it tore on the first wear. I was wearing it for an hour at church and that’s it— this is bizarre. The material must be bad or something. I have reached out to Lacemade twice on email and once on Instagram and nobody has replied to me, it’s been 4 days now. I’m upset and feel like I wasted my money.
The customer service honestly does suck. I had to return a dress that didn’t fit to exchange it and they NEVER emailed me back when I asked them updates on it. If you know the size and are just buying it’s completely fine. The quality isn’t worth it for some of the dresses, so keep that in mind. If it’s over $70 I won’t buy it
Ordered from Lacemade twice, with my first order there were no problems (quality was alright, sizing was a little off but could make it work). My second order though unfortunately one item was not included (out of three items ordered). It took me from november 2024 to february 2025 (!!) to finally get in touch with them to send me a replacement. I was ghosted for months, and it took me many emails to finally be able to reach them. Their customer service is very bad, if there are any problems with your order I wish you goodluck!
Beautiful design, but badly made. As soon as I tried the dress on and went to zip it up, the zip broke and came off the track, making the dress unwearable. I attempted to fix this myself which I was unable to do. I contacted Lacemade the same day to tell them, they replied asking for pictures (which I then sent) and they have been ignoring me since. I contacted Klarna and they have paused the order to investigate, but this seems to be a recurring issue with this company taking money from customers and never coming back to them. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately!
The company is not issuing refunds even though they accept the returns. I've been emailing and dm'ing them, but they will not respond. I have pictures and receipts that two of my returns were delivered on Feburary 6th and 7th, with no follow up. Do not trust this company.
