I purchased 5 dresses from Lacemade and wanted to return 2 of them because their measurements do not match with the size chart and their fabric is low quality. They had clear return instructions. My return of both of the dresses was agreed by Lacemade and within the necessary timeframe. I shipped my items to this exact address as they have written. You as the customer also have to pay to ship your items. The company does not provide it for you. I have sent the items and their return tracking number on the 11th of December. I attached the document as proof of my tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, it was written as my items were delivered to the destination of United States of America and handed to delivery partner on the 24th of December 2024. I have sent several emails to the customer service and their email address which starts with info... Today it is 3rd of February and I have had no refund and no communication either. I do not recommend buying from this company.

I really liked lacemade I have multiple dresses from them, but I bought the dollhouse dress and it was too small. I did all the right steps to return it, sent them the tracking number and everything and never heard anything back. I've emailed countless times, my return said it was delivered on 27th January, it's now 3rd June. I wish I'd just kept the dress or not bought it in the first place.
Love their clothes and the quality is great but returning things is a nightmare. They do not answer at all and the process is expensive and inconvenient. I understand if it is to minimise returns but I just want to return and item that was sent to me twice...
Do not purchase from this company. The two dresses I ordered are too small and see through. I have been emailing them for days in order to get my return “reviewed”, and with no answer. There are no updates, no responses. This is extremely frustrating. Do not order from this company.
Do not buy here, it is a scam! I have ordered a dress, paid for expedited shipping and it never arrived. The delivery company told me that it was sent back to them, I contacted the assistance and they didn’t answer. No dress, no money back so I contacted klarna asking to stop the payment and they did it until they investigate. DO NOT BUY HERE!
I sent my item back and asked for a refund. I received confirmation that the item was delivered and that I would receive a refund in 1-3 working days (I was told this on 8th Jan). It's been a week, they're slow at getting back to me to the point where I have to raise a new query to get an answer. Where is my refund please. Update: still haven't received my refund despite emailing them everyday
Do not order here!So in my last review i wrote my complaint about how i did not get my money back from returning an item and having to pay 50 euro shipping (total 180 euro loss) they have a bot just automatically replaying to ask about your order number.. but they never come back to you to actually help you. If lacemade is reading this, my ordernumber is: #93433 If you fix this issue i will remove my reviews and stop telling everyone to not order on your site, cus ive been on my instagram looking through my followers who follow you to tell them about my experience with ordering and you will lose many costumers
terrible. they will not help at all if something goes wrong. i ordered 2 dresses. one was perfect and the other defected. i was given $20 as compensation to tailor it.. why should i have to get a brand new dress tailored because its damaged?it took me awhile but i eventually went to a tailor and guess what? its unfixable and lacemade wont do anything about it. $100 wasted
