Review Time
I start to believe this company is a scam. Through customerservice or e-mail I get no reply. They only reply to review platforms…to do nothing after. I am waiting since a month now after they didn’t repair the fatbike of my daughter at all. The fatbike is now unused for a month, whilst i paid for a service /maintanance package 200euro. I seems a nice deal to have the fatbike maintained for some time….until you find out they don’t offer any service after you purchased it. Think twice before you buy their products!
Got a confirmation mail that my order is ready to pick up in the shop (Amstelveen) but the guy that works there wont give me my product unless I pay Extra 300 euros that I never agreed on. The refund system is so slow also since its been weeks since I sent a mail to administratielasourisscootersnl and still no reply. Now my money depends on how long this Company will send a reply and accept my refund request or maybe there will be no refund at all.Its funny that Netherlands let big companies like this go on with scamming more people and whats the point of this review sites if nothing is being done about fruads and scams? If you are reading this, save your money and time, dont ever order anything from here. You're welcome.And if you have the power to stop this, please do. It would help alot of innocent people to think twice before getting scammed , thanks.
Honestly, I'm fed up with all the follow up I had to do so far to get my order, and the fact that none of them have arrived to any conclusion.I've ordered a Scooter from the Amstelveen shop on the Fourth of July. [ Lovely people in the shop, smiling and all ] It's been over two months now, and I've heard a list of reasons either on the phone or in person as to why I've yet not gotten my Scooter yet.- The battery is not available.- The operation team forgot to send it from the headquarters to the store this week.- The scooter came, but it is for someone else.- The scooter was faulty and had to be sent back to Headquarters.Seriously, awesome scooters and nice fat bikes these guys are making, but the operation and the logistics is lagging so far behind, and yet they have the audacity to run new marketing campaigns as well.I've spent well over 4 hours on waiting line for the support phone calls. I've been to the shop 3 times. And no one in this whole system, seems to have the power and the information to answer me correctly.Three times, I have been promised to get an email with the delivery date for my scooter, and yet no email has arrived.Note that I'm writing this, while still waiting for a new follow up to finalize, so, shout out to the last support I talked to, she was helpful and promised to come back to me with information, so should that happen I'll change this review, and mark that I was answered and cared for.[ Update One - September 6th - I've followed the instruction that was replied, and sent a follow up email with a reference to this review and my order number. Waiting to see how that goes ] [ Kudos to their support for the quick follow up here on TrustPilot on a weekend ][ Update Two - October 7th - After going back and forth with their support and a couple of others who were added to the email thread, they told me that the batteries were rejected and are going to be back again middle December. So I should wait until then to see when they can tell me a delivery date ][ Update Three - October 15th - I asked for a their cancelation and refund policy, and if I can have a full refund given the delay, and I was not answered promptly. The agent just sent me a couple of links to articles and legalities on their website. I'll wait for the December time to see where this goes ]
I ordered a bike. The website says delivery will be between 3-10 workdays. Then I received a call, they said it would be 6 weeks, offered me another bike. I didn’t want another bike, I asked for my money back. It’s been more than 2 weeks now, they have NOT returned my money. Now I have to file a chargeback with my credit card company. Nobody responds to my emails. When you call the wait time is over 30 minutes. The service is horrendous. DO NOT ORDER YOUR BIKE HERE. Please, do yourself a favor!
I received my bike today and I want to congratulate Alexander for his outstanding professionalism. Not only did he deliver the bike with great care, but he also took all the time needed to explain in detail how it works: the mechanics, the battery, and all the useful information to use it properly. His service was flawless, and what I especially appreciated was his patience and his very friendly attitude. You can really feel that he enjoys helping people and does his job with passion. A big thank you to Alexander — I highly recommend him!
🚨 Avoid La Souris – No refund, no communication! 🚨I ordered a V20 bike and paid €250 upfront for a lease option. The next day I was told: • The lease is not possible (this was not clearly mentioned on the website). • The V20 model is not available, and I was pushed towards a more expensive option.I cancelled immediately and requested my refund. It’s now been 10 days, no money back, no email reply, and they don’t answer calls.If this is not resolved, I will escalate with ACM ConsuWijzer, start a chargeback with my bank, and share this experience everywhere possible.Very unprofessional and disappointing. Customers deserve transparency and respect.
Absolutely shit service. The scooter went for repair due to an accident in March. In April, they asked me to pay an invoice of 1021 EUR to get the repair done (on a scoot that cost 1500EUR brand new). I paid back then , and they kept of saying they cannot do it because of lack of staff. In Sept, i finally went to pick up the scooter back. THey still did not do the repair, nor have reimbursed me so far despite 4 different messages saying they would. Very poo quality scooter, and even poorer service.
