Excellent Customer Care First off I appreciate the customer…

First off I appreciate the customer care. I ordered two bar stools before Christmas and delivery was efficient and prompt. Stools were as photographed and looked really well. So far so good. I even got a phone call checking everything was going well and then disaster - the frame at one of the corners of the stool broke. Again customer care very responsive so I am hoping this can be remedied asap.

Terrible company -AVOID

Chairs took a long time to come and when they did arrive they are nothing like the ones pictured on the website. Customer service are awful after weeks of back and forth emails I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told my call did not warrant a call - terrible company. I do not think arranging for a collection (which I have to pay for) counts as customer service!

Tv unit came damaged with marks on top and chipped corner. Bad quality overall, not worth the price at all. Way lower quickly than Ikea.

Ordered table and chairs -Wish I had read the reviews

Ordered table and chairs. Didn’tReceive til way past due date. Every emailTo customer service was just custom response with no help at all. The goods arrived eventually and the table top was marked. I have been told I will get a new top but I won’t hold my breath. And last night for first time using table and chairs for dinner party the legs went from under one of the chairs and the chair is totally unusable now. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Such a shame as the stuff is lovely to look at. I don’t think there is any quality control at all. I now need new legs for one chair but I would like back up ones as I fear the others will break now too. As I said such a shameAs the stuff is so pretty . Your response below says you followed up with the couriers! That is false!!!! I did ..4 Times!! Please respond to me regarding the collapsed legs on my brand new chair! Honestly this is shocking

Better than expected. Love it.

Perfect table. Exactly as hoped. Sturdy, pleasantly heavy and attractive. Good size. Took me a few hours to put it together but I worked alone and slowly. Instructions were very easy and clear to follow. Convenient how the drawers open from both sides. Love it.

I bought a fab radiator cover in black…

I bought a fab radiator cover in black and gold. Had seen it on other websites and it was much more expensive. I saved €60 and got free delivery. Delivery was on time and found Laura James great to deal with. They emailed me with tracking fir delivery and I got a follow up call to make sure I was happy. Best furniture company I've dealt with in years !

We ordered 2 desks for our girls for Christmas, they are very good quality and fit perfectly in their rooms. Communication was excellent with the team regarding delivery and we were very happy with the service we received and would definitely use Laura James furniture again 😀

The Gatsby 4 door sideboard…

I purchased The Gatsby 4 door sideboard and found a handyman to assemble it for me. He built the carcass in 40 minutes and then spent over two hours trying to get the doors on. The hinges would not fit due to the holes being drilled in the wrong place, which meant that the doors could not be aligned it looked terrible, which was so disappointing. I contacted the customer services and they refused to believe that there was an error.On the first delivery one of the doors was warped so badly that it stuck out from the cabinet and the other door was chipped. Customer Service sent me out two new doors and when they arrived, it took another two hours to fit them and it still didn’t look right plus on closer inspection the two new doors had different shaped grooves cut into them. After months of going back and forwards Customer Service have agreed to give me a refund and insist on collecting the sideboard. I would not recommend this company. The customer service is slow and the quality of workmanship is very low.
