They are a scam! You never get your item and they keep charging you like a recurring transaction. Don't listen to the "good" reviews. They are bots. This place is not real and they are scamming you! If what's originally a $2700 dress is listed for $25, that means it's not real! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
My experience was absolutely HORRIBLE! I placed an order from this site for a dress for a wedding and never received the dress, no confirmation email, no tracking info, or delay notice. After emailing/voicing my concern(s), I was told to simply wait... Fast forward, almost TWO MONTHS later, still no dress, still no refund, and still no tracking information. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!
If I could leave less than one star I would, ordered 1st April, 8th May still no product and no refund, over 50 emails exchanged and no order update still? To top it off got charged for a hidden subscription monthly fee which I had to chase constantly to get a refund as the service is far from ‘VIP’. Wouldn’t waste your money or time as it’s a battle to get money refunded and order cancelled.
Complete Scam , took my money never received the product. They said they refunded me but never did made me show screenshots of my credit card statements showing I never received the credit. And after weeks of emails, they finally stopped responding. I've yet to receive my money back
Huge scam website. If you have purchased anything from this website, they will start removing money from your account monthly. You will have to get with your bank to report all charges as fraud and completely change your card details so they can't keep charging you. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs!!!
Scam website!! I ordered a dress, which I never received! Also, when you purchase anything they sign you up for their membership ($30 each month) without asking your permission! There is also no where on their website to remove yourself from this membership subscription!
ZERO STARS! Ordered a dress well over a month ago, didn’t receive any confirmation email, shipping updates…nothing. Had to request this sort of stuff multiple times, then got charged for a hidden subscription monthly fee. Got fed up and cancelled my order and requested all charges to be refunded immediately. DO NOT spend your money here!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a scam where deep in the terms of service, they charge you $30 per month for membership that is not disclosed other than in the terms of service and refund policy. No, and I repeat, NO confirmation of the membership was ever sent or verified by me other than clicking on the "I have read the policies." DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR TERMS.
