Review Time
The M3 Max started off so well and I was originally very pleased with the performance. However, the experience has been a major disappointment since the robot developed a fault.When I reached out for assistance, I was repeatedly told that the matter had been referred to their technical team. This felt like a delay tactic, as the communication was so slow that my return window has now closed, and I still have no resolution. It is frustrating to be left with a faulty machine and no real support after the initial purchase. Because of this experience, I certainly wouldn’t recommend this product—the hardware is only good as long as it works, but you may be on your own if something goes wrong.
After 15 months of poor vacuuming, my Lefant M210 stopped working. When I contacted Lefant, they asked me to take the robo vac apart. This would invalidate the warranty so I said no. They then told me they would send a replacement if I gave them a good review and sent them the link to the good review! I don’t think so. It’s a poor quality product and customer service is awful. Avoid - buy something else!!!
The Hoover works well when it is connected to the Wifi. However, it regularly goes off line and getting it reconnected to the Wifi can take more time than it would to hoover the place myself. There is no real customer support so it is down to the owner to sort out any issues, including the Wifi!
I had an issue with my Lefant M1 robot vacuum that stopped working after just a couple of days. I contacted their customer support, and they were very responsive and professional. They guided me through some troubleshooting steps, and when that didn’t work, they offered to send me a new unit without needing to return the old one.It did take a bit of time to sort things out, but their communication was clear and polite throughout. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and stood by their product.Overall, great service and support — I’m happy with how everything turned out.
Half star the worst customer service ever - sent wrong plugs emailed 21 days ago now and still not adequate reply , been using with travel adaptor have asked for a return now as product isn’t working as expected and surprise surprise doesn’t last long has to return to station to charge whilst cleaning.absolutely no chance that return will happen they are totally incompetent bot replies , just a loss of money
The worst customer service I have, had to deal with. The cheap Chinese hoover was useless after a month; after 3 weeks and 30 emails no solution! They dont read previous emails so daily you are asked the same questions, they ask you to take the product apart yourself to try and fix it. Avoid this company !
Bought Lefant m330 with superb Price on Amazon, didn’t had high expectations because of the price. Positive surprise was how well it functions and pretty fast too if compared to my 15y old Miele which actually costed 10 times more then.
The worst customer support and not wanting to understand the issue. Never trying to find a resolution or even replying back promptly. I bought the Levant N3 model in April 2024. Vac was absolutely fine, then I changed my router and Wi-Fi password after 6 months and since have been unable to connect the vacuum. I have contacted them on a few occasions. Unfortunately my dilemma is I cannot find the email confirming my original order invoice. Even though I registered the vacuum with the serial.number and shown proof of payment to Lefant. Levant are refusing to do anything to help. If anyone is considering investing in one please reconsider as customer support and trying to help the consumer is very poor.
