Shame i can only have the option for 1…

Shame o can only have the option for 1 star and not for 0,After a few months which was 5 it will stop working so don't buy any from this company, I have sent them an email with the problem.I would prefer to spend more and get a better one than this rubbish called vacuum,It will not work it will keep beeping and not charging for many many days and at the end you end up going back to your old hoover which workes fine and like a miracle,I really sugest you avoid it, maybe the company is trying to solve the problems but it is not showing you a lot of promise,Save you money and go to a nice restaurant at least you enjoy and it doesn't create you anger

Very quick response time great customer…

Very quick response time great customer service I bought this vacuum for my mother who is elderly. It works perfectly for her picks up all the hair cleans against the wall and corners. Apart on the vacuum recently became loose and broke customer service replaced it with no problems. They were kind and prompt. I recommend this product and the customer service team.

Our vaccum stopped working after 3…

Our vaccum stopped working after 3 months! It seemed like it was going to explode and I lifted it outside incase it did! The noise and smell was as it was burning out. I couldn’t turn it off, lifting it, pausing it, nothing stopped it. I can only assume it burnt out. Upon contacting Lefant as it was 3 months into our 2 year warranty, they asked multiple questions, and asking for videos they insisted it needed a roller that they would send and for me to fit us 20 % completion or to buy a new one with 8 % discount. I kept asking for a return lable and for a new one to be sent out. I was told there’s no engineers in this county (uk) and asked which option I wanted. It’s gone up by £100 in 3 months and will not be rebuying this brand! I eventually went through Amazon and got a refund and have bought a much more expensive one from a different manufacturer. You get what you pay for in Lefants case and the warranty certainly isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Awful company to buy from.

Worked well until the battery died

Worked well until the battery died, contacted customer service through Amazon (super helpful) who asked me to send video, but I couldn't attach any file, not even a photo as it was too large. Sent via WeTransfer. Then had to take apart the vacuum cleaner to show the motherboard, again sent by WeTransfer. Then asked to buy a replacement battery from Amazon (apparently quicker than them sending it) and replace this under the motherboard at my own expense. I refused to work on an electrical item as an unqualified customer. They then tried to bribe me with free filters (useless as it doesn't work) for a 5 star review, when I rejected this, they offered to send a new item after I submitted evidence of a 5 star review. Contacted Amazon for a full refund and return. Amazon =great, Lefant not so much.

Avoid Lefant

Was bought my hoover as a gift. The battery died, within 6 months of use, since I didn’t have my receipt I had to replace the battery myself as per “customer services” at Lefant. I bought the battery from amazon however the battery was located under the circuit board making it extremely difficult to change. The second battery has also died so I am buying a new hoover. Do not use this brand.

My robot hoover died after 4 months of…

My robot hoover died after 4 months of use. It contacted the manufacturer- as amazon has a month only - and they kept telling me to charge for 5 hours at least. Which is couldn't as the battery was dead and not charging at all. And then they ignored me for 2 days. When i sent them an email they said they gonna get back to me in one and a half week, lol. I sent them videos and no help was received. Still waiting for them to refund me as i want nothing else to do with this company.

Inconsistent operation

When this robot works it's great. Let down by inconsistent operation. When asked to clean area it sweeps around the perimeter of the area then states cleaning complete. To ensure it cleans the floor you have to sit and ask it to cleans specified areas or set it to spot clean. Might as well get the vacuum cleaner out and do it yourself. Will not buy Lefant again.

Five stars for Lefant & the M210!

The Lefant M210 robotic vacuum is truly a remarkable machine and I’m not sure how we lived without it previously having 2 dogs, as well as our cats. It works just as advertised, does our carpets, does corners amazingly well, laminate, hardwood and ceramic tile and we could not be happier. Customer service has also been wonderful when I had questions and their shipping speed is phenomenal. I highly recommend the Lefant M210 and I actually hope to purchase two more units as gifts for family members to make their lives easier as well. Please note that when you download the app, make sure it is the right one, as it led to some confusion on my part. Word to the wise: The correct app name is “Lefant Life”.Thank you Lefant team - you are the best!
