Review Time
I ordered a vacuum from the lefant store on the 5th January. It is now the 7th February and i still havent got it. I have contacted them via two different email addresses and had one response. Saying it has been delivered and they sent me some tracking. But it most definitely has not arrived and they will not answer any of my messages since. A complete scam of a company.
I rarely bother to leave products reviews but have so far been very impressed with the Lefant F1 robot I had purchased on Amazon. Compared to other competing brands I researched, you get alot of bang for the buck with the Lefant F1. Suction power is top notch and the large capacity bin enables you to enjoy several cleanings without needing to empty it. Scheduling a clean is pretty easy once you've installed the app on your phone. We did have an issue when the robot unexpectedly stopped charging in its dock after a couple of months of use. I contacted Lefant customer services directly and they responded quickly with a solution. We've been left impressed with the after sales service and the time saving convenience offered by the product.
I have tested several Robots and since a Year I am using now 3 Lefant Robots.The M201, the M213 and the M301The M301 was the firts one I bought. It is really heavy and has 2 brushes and the biggest litter capacity. It is able to run over Long Flor carpets and edges without any Problem. One negativ thing. Its randomly cleaning. But with the Battery power it has it makes is at leats trough the whole 50m² at least twice. Maintenance is once a week. The M201 is the second one i bought and its a litte bit smarter then the M301. It has the Handicap that its very alergic to cabels and Carpets. But i can configure it to clean once a day and reload by itslef. This one runs in the kids rooms. It was not capable of cleaing the living room. The litter box is not very big and also the filter is not placed well and need additional maintenance.Finlay the M213. This one is very smart. It makes a Map of where it was and where to go.It can run twice a day with the battery capacity and it is automatically reloading. Litter box cap. is ok and the Filter fits perfect. Maintenance is once a week.
One star just because I couldn't rate it zero. We bought on Amazon one of these cleaning robots that was working ok in the first week (not super good in the cleaning anyway) and completely stopped working after 1 month because of a battery problem. We contacted the customer service that asked us to send a video where we show that the robot was out of charge after 1 minute. We did. Then they gave us instructions on how to reset it and it didn't work. At some point, they were answering to our several emails in the same exact way, asking again for the videos. When we asked for a reimbursement they blackmailed us saying that they would have sent another robot only after a 5 star review. Very difficult communication in general. Fortunately, the Amazon customer service was supernice and superfast and they gave us the reimbursement in 2 day time! I'll never buy anything from that company!!!
