Our robot hoover stopped working after…

Our robot hoover stopped working after one month of use .I reported it they asked me to take it apart the hoover and swop over motors. That did not work they asked me to purchase tools locally to access the mother board. They refused to take it back for repair or replacement. Tbh every email I got back sounded like a robot/AI. Extremely poor customer service . Avoid. Much better and more reliable brands out there .

Bought a M210P in November, 2024 and the device stopped working early April of which I initiated the problem with Lefant on their customer service platform on the Lefant app. Multiple-reiterated conversations took place with no resolution which lead me contacting the Lefant customer service on email. I have provided all the information, images and was asked to open the device up to reveal the “Motherboard”, after doing so, Lefant said it was a faulty battery and that they would send me a new battery. They asked for my address, I provided my address, several days later they respond that they don’t ship to South Africa. I provided an alternative address in the UK and their reply is they cannot guarantee the delivery time and ask again for my delivery address, I resend it- Lefant asked that I reconfirm my address, days go by without hearing from them after I asked for the tracking information. Lefant offer a 100% refund. Days pass and Lefant sends another email “sorry, they can’t initiate the refund, they’ve done everything they could to help me and that I must contact Amazon to resolve.Lefant is the service provider and this has been ongoing since April. This isn’t acceptable.

Absolute pile of junk and unhelpful…

Absolute pile of junk and unhelpful customers service, My advice is pay the extra £30 on Amazon and buy one that actually knows the difference between obstacles and the obstacle mode actually works, Their advice was just purchase a more expensive one from them even though it's on a few months old lol.

I bought a Lefant M213 last year

I bought a Lefant M213 last year. Now I had 3 times 6 beeps. What means over and out. In these modern times they put in a terrible battery. Never a Lefant anymore.

Useless software and support

I got the Lefant M1 robot vacuum. The build quality is really good, but unfortunately, it is let down by its software. The thing has difficulty finding its home and will end up in a corner, lost. I have reset the map to no avail. When it comes to cleaning, it's hit and miss; one out of ten times it will do a thorough job. The remaining times, it will find new ways to get stuck in various places, even though I have no-go areas set; it ignores those. I have had the device for about a year, and it has not received a single software update to improve performance. At this point, I am just waiting for it to break down so I can get rid of it.

Very happy with Lefant robot vac

We have had our Lefant robot vac for bout 21/2 years now (M210 aka Henrietta). We use it everyday on the hard floors in our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom extension, where there are also some rugs. It works really well and we have had no issues whatsoever (so I cannot comment on customer service). We have 2 dogs and also take it with us when holidaying in the UK, pops around their area everyday and hoovers up all of their hair (labs). Hope this review helps people considering a purchase.

LEfant Customer Service

I really wish I'd come here before buying a prodict from them on Amazon. Earlier today I purchased the M210 vacuum cleaner, but then realised it did not have a mop function. SO I went to cancel, only to be told this was impossible due to it being in the pre shipping phase. This wasless than 8 hours after I ordered it. No matter how many times I told them I would be returning this item, he simply refused to budge. Safe to say I won't go back to them again.

I was happy with the hover until, the plastic components just started disintegrating.Contacted support who flat out refuse to let you buy replacements or send parts until you post a 5* review, then prove it’s positive with link and pictures of the review. Disgusting company behaviour.Here’s an honest 1* review for Lefant, the hover is going to be chucked in waste electrical goods.Update: If you purchased via Amazon, contact their support and express how poor your experience has been with this company. They refunded the full amount, plus returning the rubbish back to Lefant.
