Rude security and employees. My husband was in the line to pay several items that we were buying and I went through the selfcheck out to go to the washroom. I that Point a security guard and also an employees blocked me and started screaming that I was not allowed to go through there. The store has ONLY one access and ONE exit without purchases. Never seen that anywhere in the world. If you are not carrying any item and leaving employees/contracted services should not block customers that only intend to leave with NOTHING in their hands, through a cash area. I talked to the Manager but no applogies of their staff behaviour was given. ZERO customer service training.
Was happy with the ordering,we were informed that we needed to buy the plumber fittings for our dishwasher,but not that we had to call our own plumber and pay extra. Also they have fitted fan extractor. There's no electric cable. So the fan extractor is useless. They were such to come back but we have heard nothing..I am totally disappointed that they felt they could abuse our custom like this .
Just had an amazing experience at Le Roi Merlyn Nigran, near Vigo. The person who handle our issue, Mr. Israel Garcia was not only very approachable but also patient and kind with our number of questions. He handled all our demands very efficiently and solved all our issues
Ordered and paid for a patio heater. 1 week later it didnt arrive despite them saying it would be here on a certain day. Then they cancel the order. I finally get a refund and re-order a different patio heater. Two days later I receive an email saying order has been cancelled but no explanation why! Fed up with them and will now go elsewhere to purchase! - PEDIDO Nº 227624 - 058 - Internet
Ordered and did the payment on 10th. Original delivery date 15th, never arrived. Had to waste several hours with customer service, finally they did a reorder, delivery for 21st. Never arrived. After that Leroy Merlin is not communicating with me at all, just telling me that "it has been escaleted".They've blamed Paack for losing a package. They've kept me waiting for several hours, for several days, telling me that I have to be at home for the delivery (I have been, haven't left since the original delivery date, I'll win this one).
Had bathroom fitted by these people they removed bathroom door to chisel tiles etc,using a lot of force that was needed,the door was left off until the end of renovation when rehung wouldn't close,obviously the frame had been moved slightly when removing tiles,leroy merlin refused to rectify this saying they hadn't touched the rebates or hinges,this was on an almost 7000 euro refurb,also they ordered 3 packs of expensive tiles too many,but I don't know where they have gone,and want a refund,steer clear of this firm,I would never use again
