Worst customer service ever! This is just a market place online and Leroy Merlin doesn’t take any responsibility about your order or shipment! Don’t by anything from here! You will end up getting no packages and using all your energy trying to get help! I have never ever been treated this badly by any company worldwide!!! It is a total scam!
We have met so much problem when shopping in Leroy Merlin In Murcia north (Condomina). The crew is not at all interested to help you, they send you in one direction and prefer to speak with colleagues. Instead of showing you the way to a product that you are interested in.Murcia south east branch in Murcia (on the way to Cartagena) is much better. They care for the customers really!
Terrible service. When I ordered floor tiles I paid for 24 hour delivery, 70 Euros. Had builders working in the house but have had to let them go as Leroy failed to deliver as agreed.Emails and even phone calls have failed to elicit any response regarding when they will be delivered.Thing is they don’t care.I will be using others in the future.
I was very distressed by a service i had received in leroy merlin Gandia on 9 july 2024. The man i was talking to was rude, with an aggressive tone and accusing me of being a liar. All because i plugged aircon unit for 5 minutes. And he refused to take it back. I had spent tens of thousands of euros in that store and was going to spend more on the day. But instead i was treated like a criminal. When i asked to speak to a manager- he said that HE was a manager.!! Maybe they should teach their regional managers basic human relations. My builder is definitely could teach him thing or two. Until then, i will be taking my business elsewhere.
Used their door measurement and installation service. Promised doors would be installed by the end of May and guess what I’m still waiting. I’ve been given an estimated installation date of the beginning of August. Leroy Merlín online do not respond the emails or telephone calls so it is impossible to get any update. Terrible service, would not recommend them at all or use them again.
Well here I am again and still no kitchen. I eventually managed to get a call on Monday the 1st of July from someone in Leroy Merlin who told me that our kitchen would definitely be delivered on Friday the 5th of July and fitted on Monday the 8th of July. I have waited in all day with my phone by my side. My husband came home and gave Leroy Merlin a call to check it was on it's way......nope.... it's delayed, which obviously means that fitting on Monday is delayed too!! We've had no phone call to let us know and right now I just want to sit and cry.I have had new kitchens in the past and it was always a great experience but Leroy Merlin are making this the worst experience ever..... it's literally a nightmare which I can't get out of. The kitchen is designed and paid for, we've had NO kitchen in our home for over 3 weeks, washing dishes in the bathroom and cooking everything in an air fryer! If anyone from Leroy Merlin is reading this please please please contact us (English speaking) our order number is 668751.If anyone is considering buying a kitchen from Leroy Merlin..... PLEASE DON'T!!!!
The worst company I have ever dealt with.I ordered 2 small fence panels which never arrived.....I have been trying for a month to get my money back but Leroy Merlin won't refund me so they just ignore me and have kept my money.......the worst customer service ever.AVOID AVOID AVOID
We have ordered a pergola online through their telephone support team and they had checked the availability at the nearest store (3 available), we did the payment and booked the delivery installation separately as well. Now we called today (4 days later) to make sure the delivery day and the installation are confirmed and the lady on the phone tells us that the order has been cancelled due to no stock at the shop. No one called us to let us know about this, the payment was taken by Leroy Merlin and we had planned to be at home for the delivery and for the installation... there is stock available in another Leroy Merlin shop on the Spanish Mainland but Leroy does not want to ship it over... Selling stock that they dont have and not being supportive in finding a solution that works for us. Would never recommend this online shop, as it seems they are just taking your money!!
LM Calpe Aircon - excellent. A new aircon for an apartment is a fairly large expense with many potential pitfalls. Assistant JA superb - technically knowledgeable gave sensible, factual, no BS answers to every single of my umpteen questions and that helped me find my way with confidence to the best solution for my needs and priorities. Installer JVM and team worked with care and consideration and did a great job - it works beautifully. It came with a free warranty which I extended at a price I’m happy with. I’m very pleased and based on this experience I highly recommend.
Enough to meet Wioleta Pihan in Leroy Merlin, Finestrat. I had an issue with a product and this lady went above and beyond the call of duty to rectify same . Amazing service and Wioleta should be in charge of staff training throughout this store. Many thanks again.
