I bought an outdoor brick barbque recently form Leroy Merlin in Campello, i was looked after Joli and Bea who where very patient with me as i have no spainish, they where so helpful and helped with with any questions i had. We had our barbque delivered to us in Aigues thank you so much to the staff in Leroy
Bought a hose costing 42€. Used twice and the plastic split. The item had s 5 year guarantee. They said it was product misuse. Would not entertain exchange or any dialogue. Very poor company and customer service. Will never use again. Be warned!
Absolutely horrendous Tenerife and Gran Canaria customer service placed an order they sent to toilets. I’ve been fighting to return one and a broken mirror. I’ve spent €30,000 with them. This has been going on from the 5th of September still no results. They just fob me off on the phone. I asked them to send me all the notes they had from the phone calls. I’m still waiting. I’ve asked for complaints for. I’m still waiting. I’m in fourth Fuerterventura so it means Would have to get a flight to either Tenerife or Gran Canary Or taking the items back myself to try and get my money back, I’m absolutely disgusted with them refused to give me head offices number or the directors email address
We decided to have a solar energy system installed and approached LeeRoy Merlin in Motril, thinking as it is a big multinational company, it will have the experience and resources to supply our needs. We started the process on the 28th August 2024 paying 50€ for a site visit. The tecnicos were very professional and we looked forward to installation. However we were unable to get a proper presupuesto until the 4th of October. We paid all the money up front on the 4th of October. After many calls, emails and WhatsApps, by the 8th November I discovered that nothing had been done, they did not have any of the materials and could not give me a date for installation. By this time I was exhausted with chasing the personnel, and had lost confidence in their ability to instal and service the system. I have awarded one star, not zero, because the devoluciones desk was helpful and I got my money returned within a week. Do not waste your time with this company’s project department.
We were in Girona, buying stuff and went through the scan and pay. Apparently someone before us had scanned something for the pool, but not payed. So we were a bit surprised it was on our bill. We went to the customerservice to get the money back. But have spent 45 min, being checked, if we were trying to steal something. There is a big difference between people that scan something and leave without paying, and people that pay for something they didn’t buy and ask for a reimbursement!!! The staff at the desk apparently are not authorized to make any decisions, and despite being in a very tourist area nobody speaks anything different then spanish. Then when all checked out, and we were cleared, nobody apologized to us. We returned the whole lot. I’ll absolutely never spend another dime in a LM.
Disgusting. I bought a Lechuza plant pot which was damaged/defective on arrival. The problem was with the product - there was no discernible damage on the packaging - it looks like it was packaged already damaged. I bought 9 of these direct from the manufacturer previously but placed this order with Leroy Merlín as I wanted quick delivery. I raised the problem with Leroy Merlin as a quality control issue, with a photo. I didn’t even want a refund as I had already thrown the packaging away and did not have time to exchange the damaged pot for a new one. I just wanted an apology. The response from Leroy Merlin was to suggest that I had ‘tampered with it’. I will never buy anything from these sh*sters again.
