Never, never use their online delivery service.Paid €20 for "Express Delivery" of an oven, because(a) It wont fit in our car(b) They 'Promise to deliver in 48 hrs'(c) I was naive enough to believe they gave a hoot about their reputation.They don't.Eventually delivered one week later after two complaints, both of which are answered with "Here's a reference number for your complaint. We will initiate a procedure to find out why your order is delayed."
I agree with the reviews that say how shocking the home delivery service isOrdered a lot of items online and paid for Express delivery They don’t tell you that half of the order comes express and the other half neverWhen you contact Leroy they say the item is sold by a third party ( using their name) and to contact them. The third party ignore your contact and then Leroy ignore youAround 600 Euros of stuff are nowhere to be seen and no one knows where they are or if they will be delivered. Never order online from this company
An awful experience for my first purchase through the Leroy Merlin website. I ordered and paid for a dehumidifier, received my order confirmation and waited for delivery. When the product was not delivered some two weeks later, I queried my order and was told that their supplier informed them the product was out of stock so I would not be receiving my item after all. Until I queried the order, I had no communication from them, so how long would this have been left unresolved, with them keeping my money? The product was sold and dispatched from Leroy Merlin, not a partner distributor, and is still showing in stock and available for purchase on their website. I will go elsewhere for my home renovation products, as Leroy Merlin can't be trusted to deliver the products they promise.
Absolute rubbish service concerning online orders. Failed to deliver and do not reply to emails requesting refund. Sent order 3 weeks late and failed to act on return request. Will not use online service again. Very poor standard of service.
We wanted to buy a ladder and saw a number of ladders on display I.e. unpacked and opened. So we assumed customers could try them before purchasing them. As I mounted one of them (2nd step level), there was a male employee who shouted very rudely - as if I was his dog - to come down. He didn’t explain anything and continued arrogantly with another customer. Why does LM put the opened and unpacked ladders on display ? Just for customers to remove them, trying to get to the unpacked ones ? This experience has completely shattered our trust in this store.
We used Leroy Merlin (Habaneros, Torrevieja) and a contractor (Mario and his team including expert carpenter Florin) that they supplied to totally renovate our house. Inna planned our kitchen, Claudia planned our bathroom and Pau was the project manager. As well as new kitchen and bathroom we had all floors retiled, new doors, ceiling light/fans and painted throughout. We are VERY pleased with everyone involved and would recommend them to others.
Purchased a sink. Arrived completely broken. They then ordered another which was delivered to someone unknown. They have now ordered a third sink and we cannot finish our kitchen. The sink was purchased online because the shop said we couldn’t purchase there as it came from a third party. When we tried to complain online, they said we had to go to the shop to complain. When we got there, they said we had to complain online. Absolute nightmare!
We needed a replacement toilet seat ..after a lot of deciding the product said it was in store but no it wasnt! After discussion with a member of staff we were told it was in a different branch 30 minute drive away. So off we went . Found the seat but out of reach on a top shelf. After 10 mins waiting for staff to get some ladders we purchased the seat. We were told off as we went to open the box as it would void our warranty? Do we not need to open the box to check items? We purchased the seat, as usual nowadays the seat fixings didn't fit. We went back to Leroy Zenia Boulevard Spain. They were not interested in our complaint they were only interested in the fact we had removed the plastic surround!! How can we possibly know that the fixings do not fit without removing the plastic ? I agree with hygiene rules but not if the product was faulty !! so we now have a 62 euro seat that is of no use to anyone!We completed a complaint form and have sent a copy of the form and picture where your hygiene disclaimer is not showing on the main product details to head office France.
