Ayer pedí 2 unidades de aire acondicionado en línea y las pagué y pude recogerlas en la tienda de Lorca. Más tarde ese día recibí una llamada telefónica de Leroy Merlin Lorca y me informaron que en realidad no tenían las unidades en stock. El hombre me dijo que tenían otra marca que era 60 euros más cara pero que me los dejarían por el mismo precio. Cuando llegué a la tienda, en realidad no había ningún servicio de "recoger mi pedido" disponible y tuve que lidiar con una señora muy poco servicial y grosera en la caja. Después de alrededor de 1 hora de espera, hizo una llamada telefónica y confirmó que no podía tomar las unidades de diferentes marcas por el mismo precio. Tuve que pagar la cantidad extra de 60 euros. Le dije que estaba muy molesto por haber hecho un viaje de ida y vuelta de 2 horas para nada. Ella no estaba interesada de ninguna manera en tratar de ayudar o encontrar quién me había hecho las llamadas.Yesterday I ordered 2 air conditioning units online and paid for them and was able to pick them up at the Lorca store. Later that day I received a phone call from Leroy Merlin Lorca and they informed me that they did not actually have the units in stock. The man told me that they had another brand that was 60 euros more expensive but that they would leave them for the same price. When I arrived at the store, there wasn't really any "pick up my order" service available and I had to deal with a very unhelpful and rude lady at the checkout. After about 1 hour of waiting, she made a phone call and confirmed that I couldn't take the units of different brands for the same price. I had to pay the extra amount of 60 euros. I told him I was very upset that I had made a 2 hour round trip for nothing. She was not interested in any way in trying to help or find out who had made the calls to me.
I bought 3 items online. 2 where delivered one of which was damaged. I immediately reported the matter to Leroy Merlin, who claimed via their website all 3 items had been delivered. The 3rd package arrived 3 days later and had obviously been opened before delivery to me. I informed Leroy Merlin and requested a return of all 3 packages and a refund. They informed me that until the packages were collected by SEUR I would not be refunded. Lo and behold, I received a refund the next day with information that SEUR would collect the items on the 13th of August, then the 14th, 15th, 16th, 19th,20th. Today, the 6th of September I am still waiting and have 3 large packages in my hallway. The internal communication of this outfit is rubbish. I have been given 3 different case numbers in spite of me always quoting the original. Do not use this joke of a company. The packages if not collected by the 11th of September are destined for the skip.
I ordered a product with delivery to my apartment. They had contracted the delivery to SEUR and they would only deliver it to the street. I did not have anybody to bring it up to the apartment and SEUR just left with my product.Now the nightware started. Noone seemed to know where the product was. Leroy Marlin changed the product number and nothing happened. I am waiting for 3 weeks for my delivery and I cannot get any information. I am planning to report this fraud to the police.Pedí un producto con entrega a domicilio. Habían contratado la entrega con SEUR y solo lo entregaban en la calle. No tenía a nadie que lo subiera al apartamento y SEUR se fue con mi producto.Ahora empezó la cacería nocturna. Nadie parecía saber dónde estaba el producto. Leroy Marlin cambió el número de producto y no pasó nada. Llevo 3 semanas esperando mi entrega y no consigo ninguna información. Estoy pensando en denunciar este fraude a la policía.
they are not able to check their stock in 2024 and charge you though they dont even have the product and then have the nerves to say that the money will be back in 14(!) days. Who needs 14 days to return money which was charged for no reason? it would had been my first purchase and was definitive the last time
Worst customer service I ever experienced, a month ago one of the inverters died for now reason. My inverter was no longer charging my batteries. Quick check by myself showed the charger was shorted. So I send it for repair, it should take up to a month and they would call me. After going myself they already had a reply of repair service for more than a week. But they didn’t bother to call me. So I went today, and they are saying it’s user error because of the batteries I used with the inverter. My reply was simple it’s the advised batteries in the user manual that we used… so then it was my solar array that caused it. When I said we only put this inverter in service 1 week and it died. The 2nd inverter we have is from the same brand same amount of solar panels and same battery and that one works like a charm. Now they have the audacity to tell me, to have my inverter back I either have to pay the shipping fee or the repair. When this is a clear case of faulty manufacturing… do not buy there. Customer service is the worst and products are also bad quality. If you need to buy something better buy it at Obramat.
