Extremely Disappointing Delivery Experience

I placed an order for sun awnings on 23 November, expecting them to arrive by 17 December. It's now past that date, and I still haven't received anything! I've reached out multiple times through chat and their website form, but I've received no responses whatsoever. In my view, this company is highly unreliable regarding deliveries, showing a lack of respect for customers by ignoring their inquiries. I will not be ordering from them again. This has been a truly frustrating experience.

Disappointing experience with the service

The service offers low-quality products from a certain provider, took my payment, and, like that provider, fails to respond regarding my refund. It's disappointing how they take customers' money, provide subpar items, and then ignore any follow-up. I wouldn't recommend trusting this service.

Unacceptable Warranty Policy

I purchased two bathroom bins, and one of the pedals broke after just a week of use. When I returned them, I was informed that the company only accepts returns for breakages within two days, so no refund was offered. They provide no other guarantees. I will not shop there again, as competitors have much better return policies.
