Review Time
Bought windows that were supposed to have been delivered 2 days ago, then today, Now told tge order was canceled after being paid for and having an installer set up to install them. No notice, no apology, no nothing and still haven't gotten our money back. A rotten place to do business with. No sound business practices at all. If my business would have been run this way I would have been put out of business.
We ordered two items, a shed and a garden furniture dining set both for home delivery. Due to arrive Tuesday 4th October. The evening before I get an email advising the furniture could be picked up from the Polar Horadada store! Went into the store and spent nearly an hour with a lovely lady Tanya in the garden department who advised the furniture wasn't there but would arrive Friday. I said no, it's home delivery. She tried to contact the depot and the courier to no avail. My only option was to pay €49 delivery charge and try to reclaim it! As I'd lost the will to.live I just paid. Tanya by the way was amazing and tried so hard to resolve things. Our furniture was then delivered on the Friday. Now for the shed!! This seems to have disappeared into the ether......... Having complained we were told it was with the courier who were going to expedite it!! Yaay we had an SMS yesterday saying the shed was on its way - the route must be extremely circuitous because up until this morning there is still no sign. We have an €8500 kitchen ordered and are dreading what is going to happen with that - due next week!!!!!
They company does not respond to your calls they also outscourse there product line so you end up waiting for weeks before you get there Products. They feedback you falsetto information ultimatily lieing to you about your product status. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER order from them.It's been almost 2 weeks and still I haven't recieved my Products.
The service at the store was great however the delivery company used to deliver my kitchen were absolutely terrible, they lied about making a delivery then proceeded to deliver the next day at 10pm at night. This has put my completion date well past the due date causing my contractor to move onto another job due to not being able to wait around. Would not recommend this company ever.
Alot of stuff is only available for online purchases why does Leroy even have stores it is extremely frustrating when going to a store and they tell you sorry it is only available online I personally will never support Leroy strubens again staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all 🤬 I blame it on bad management get your act together
I experienced a series of frustrating incidents with Leroy Merlin, resulting in a severely delayed and incorrect order. The ordeal began when I placed my initial order at the end of August. During my visit to the store, I requested assistance in loading plaster bags into my car, but was incorrectly advised that the bags were too large to carry, despite it being only one bag. Following this, I attempted to follow up on the delivery of my tiles over the course of two weeks, but was consistently met with promises of callbacks that were never fulfilled.Upon visiting the store on September 15th, I was informed that the tiles I had ordered were all broken, and the new stock would not arrive until the end of the month. Desperate for the tiles and understanding the urgency of my situation, I agreed to swap them for similar ones. However, upon returning home, I discovered that the tiles I was given were incorrect.Returning to Leroy Merlin on Saturday to rectify the mistake, I was informed that the correct tiles were out of stock, and the salesman thought I wouldn't mind the difference in color. I placed a new order, only to receive yet another incorrect set of tiles when attempting to pick them up on Monday.To make matters worse, I was assured that the correct tiles would be delivered to my house by 13:00 on September 19th. Unfortunately, as of 14:00, the tiles have not arrived, leaving my bathroom unfinished due to Leroy Merlin's consistent incompetence in handling my order.In summary, this string of errors and lack of accountability has left me extremely dissatisfied with Leroy Merlin's service. The repeated mix-ups, delays, and unfulfilled promises have inconvenienced me greatly and delayed my project, and I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I have received.Edit: Please Note - Marvin has been trying his best to help as it was not his mistake but he has been trying to rectify others mistakes.
Doesn't look like they need any more 1 star reviews, but here goes;If you're an English only speaker and need to communicate with their customer support, in short - don't bother. It's appalling. They'll respond to your email and at the first sign of anything challenging they'll either try to hand you off to someone else or just stop responding all together. I've been passed around 8 people in total and taken over 6 months to get my order finalised and everything delivered. There is really no culture of customer service at this company, it's more an afterthought. Want to specify a delivery date?- good luck. They'll agree and then deliver whenever pleases them. Never again.
I live on Canary Islands. Ihave made an online purchase(a compost bin and 2 bathroom bins) in the end of June. The order was supposed to arrive on 31st of July. On that date, only a part of it had arrived, and it was two bathroom bins. They were dented, so I had to send them back to replace. The pick up took place and the expectation of the order started over again. A week ago(it is beginning of September) I finally got a full package and... guess what?! The bathroom bins are dented even more and the compost bin is missing a piece. I wrote Leroy Merlin about this, and the best solution they have is to pick the whole order up and refund. I am already using the compost bin, but the bathroom bins are still packed and ready to go back to their misfortunate producer. My requests to recieve the rest of the compost bin are silenced. Overall, the communication is poor and you can clearly see the attitude these people have. It is very clear that the system within this store is faulty, as there is no fair troubleshooting and no individual approach. This will be a challenge, but I will switch to ordering from other stores in order to avoid such experience with Leroy Merlin.
