Don’t expect to be valued as a customer. It won’t happen!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a door online October 6 2023 to arrive within 1 week and paid transport as I live on another island. Door didn’t arrive by 24 Oct, no one knew where it was, so I cancelled it. I was Refused a refund until the door was in their possession - it was never in mine! Someone made errors in customer service in booking transport. The door then arrived badly broken on 25th Oct and I declined it. They emailed to confirm that I would be refunded on November 1st- but didn’t do it. I received a call on Nov 16th to bring me a new door… I had cancelled the order . Can’t speak directly to the shop, put in a reclamation by phone to call centre who claim to be powerless to help and can only pass messages onwards and are unable to connect you directly to the shop. I made daily calls in the end and sent emails that were ignored to the shop who had originally emailed me on the 1st November confirming the refund and on the online form and just got nowhere. They say that they will do things urgently and do nothing. It’s all talk and hot air and no care and no quality control. All contact was ignored until I sent a registered letter to the store manager and went to diputado del comun. The door was refunded 11th January 2024 but not the transport cost. I persisted with tel calls and e-mails until it was refunded today 16 January…. . 3 months of hassle. Not able to get a complaints form ‘ hoja de reclamation’ they say is only available in the store and I live on a different island Terrible company , the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. 4 orders made over the last 18 months and every one arrives damaged or substandard. Please do not buy online from them . Customers are not valued by them and they do not deserve you money or your support. I have yet to send them the recording of one of their employees verbally abusing me on the phone. Keep your sanity and go elsewhere even if it costs more, it really isn’t worth the financial saving to lose hours of your life trying to get your money refunded by people who seemingly really don’t give a damn.

Ordered a lawnmower

Ordered a lawnmower. Their website said 10 available in stock. Few hours later I receive a message my order won't be fulffiled due to inventory stock error. Waste of time and resources.

Terrible customer policies

I recently placed an order for 2 profiles. Firstly, upon receiving my initial order, I discovered that one of the profiles was defective. I promptly contacted the customer service team and was informed that to receive a replacement, I would need to send back the defective item. While I understand the standard procedure, I am concerned about the environmental impact of returning a defective product. Shipping it back not only adds to carbon emissions but also contributes to unnecessary waste. In addition to that, waiting for a collection from the courier and the delivery without knowing the exact arrival time can be frustrating. For this reason I decided to just order a new profile, which also arrived defective, rendering them unusable for my intended purpose. This is especially frustrating as it is the second order with problems, and it further adds to my dissatisfaction as a customer. It is unbelievable how a company can ship a thin aluminium profile WITHOUT and padding. It was merely wrapped in Gladwrap!! In addition to that please use your own website as consumer. There is so much misinformation on there that it's unbelievable. Out of 4 products I recently looked up, 2 had incorrect specs.

I've ordered today by them... Shortly after I've paid the purchase. I received a call from Support/Client Service that my order will be canceled because the delivery costs, advertised by ordering are wrong... Now I'm waiting for refund. Nice experience uncle Leroy!

I purchased a table online on November…

I purchased a table online on November 16; today is December 13. I still haven't had the complete package delivered. The company promised to give me the refund immediately if I waited until December 11 end of the day. At the moment, they refuse to follow what they promise and ask me to wait. Don't trust the company. The experience was very unpleasant.

Our experience today was really frustrating

Our experience today was really frustrating. The items in the store was badly marked. We were looking for a fan. Several models available with no prices. When we finally found a fan in our budget range, the lady at the till rang the price at R1500 more than the assistant gave us. We spent about two hours of our time at Leroy Merlin Boksburg leaving with empty hands.We decided it is best to never return to them again.

From beginning until end the experience…

From beginning until end the experience was bad bad bad. Non knowledgeable and unprofessional staff in Nicosia, Cyprus store from sale person to technician to lady claiming to be in charge of technicians. Bought a bath door with installation. Got a call a few days after that the sales person forgot to charge the technicians traveling expenses. Paid the traveling expenses and never got a call about delivery time.When the technician -Andreas-called and explained I needed some time as I was not at home he had an extremely aggressive to say the least behavior. When trying to report the behavior of the person claiming to be the person in charge- Anthi-was equally appalling.

Leroy Merlin Limoges a disgrace.

We ordered thousand of pounds worth of windows in november 2023 Leroy Merlin Limoges .Told 6-8 weeks delivery we are now in March still no delivery date. Our building project has been seriously restricted waiting for these windows . I have tried to email but still no definite answers for a definite delivery date . They say they will contact you but you never hear anything. Now about to find out my consumer rights .
