Absolutely pathetic, I ordered couch covers and a dish rack arrived. I let them know a week ago that someone else’s package has been delivered to me and mine hasn’t arrived. They have done absolutely NOTHING about this. I eventually took the package that was delivered to the customer, but still nothing about my package.
Went to the Costa Adeje branch to organise for someone to give me a quote on a bathroom refurbishment. They charged 35€ and took over an hour to set up the visit on their system. A date and time was organised but nobody turned up on the day. No communication was received and no explanation given. I went the next day and the staff member I spoke to tried to get an answer internally as to why nobody turned up but she couldn’t get one. There are lots of staff employed just walking around the shop chatting to each other. I don’t know how they survive. Very incompetent, I definitely would not recommend any of their services.
If I could give a zero star I would! My kitchen splashback was meant to come 5 days ago. It never arrived. They promised today. Nothing. Maybe in another 5 days time they said. Meanwhile my kitchen renovations have come to a standstill while awaiting this😡And I have to do all the chasing around! First and last time ordering from Leroy Merlin!
Hi leroy merlin la zenia,reformed .y bathroom,the bathroom door was removed for all the work when it was rehung wouldn't shut,obviously all the hammering to remove tiles and concrete etc had moved the frame,leroy merlin refused to rectify it because their bathroom installers hadn't touched the rebates etc,but they had removed the door,so it was a problem before they removed it,which is not true,also they ordered 3 packs of expensive tiles too many,but they seem to have disappeared,the cost of the renovation was nearly 7000 euros,now they won't rectify a problem of their own making,I would never use them again,beware steer clear,no customer service and,you have to sort any problems yourself
We bought a bed on the Leroy Merlinen website. Which was missing parts and had no assembly instructions. When we went to Leroy Merlin to buy the missing parts, they told us to return the bed to the manufacturer, which is a company called Descansin. We started the return procedure, which has been going on for weeks, but we didn't get the 526 EUR back and they didn't return the bed either! It seems that the company called Descansin does not want to return the 526 EUR and take the bed away and Leroy Merlin pretends that it has nothing to do with the whole matter. We received an invoice from Leroy Merlin, we ordered the bed on their website. It would be an obligation to take care of the claim and not to blame it on the reseller, with whom communication is also terrible (Descansin).Pedido n.° 002-24026L22858-ADate of experience: January 26, 2024
We had some paint from their colour chart, but bought 15 l too much. Even although it was unopened they won’t take it back. If the assistant had told us at the time we wouldn’t have bought so much. So now struck with €60 worth of paint I can’t use
Absolutely everything was a JOKE! The product was damaged, the communication slow, insincere, inconclusive and highly unprofessional. Courier collection took days and the refund took the best part of a month - for which I had to chase endlessly. When I eventually lost my patience and claimed that I wanted to make a formal complaint, I was told there was no official complaints procedure! They also seemed confused as to what there was to complain about 😅.
