Bought new sink and cabinet paid for installation and delivery . The installation team could not fit it as we had marble base etc .so I had to send it back no fault by me but still had to pay for delivery and 50 euros to send it back a absolute rip off company not happy at all .
Ordered a sliding door for a bathroom at the end of November '24. It's 23/01/'25 now and they told me that it will take at least another 2 weeks just to have the door from the provider. Then, I have to hope that the installer guy has a free time slot for me, otherwise I'll have to wait even more weeks. However, charging the amount for the door, taking measure and installation, was done in November. So now I have 700€ less in my account and no door in the bathroom for 3 months. Think twice before taking (dis)advantage of Leroy Merlin services
I'm literally just out of Leroy Merlins Habarnas centre. Big queue at tills. ONE girl on ONE TILL OPEN Staff including security directing people towards self service cards only. I asked why only one toll open with a lot of folk in the growing queue and I got a shrug of the shoulders and told it's what it is. Absolutely shameful...
We called at Leroy to look at roof fans and noticed they also offered a fitting service. Based on this we went ahead and bought and tried on numerous occasions to book a fitter - our bank submitted payment everytime for the app to cancel the job - went back in store and stills ame result !!! Why offer a non existent service ?
I wish I could give less than 1 star. We placed an online order for several items that are needed for our apartment and have had multiple issues with each part of the order. The worst thing is that the customer service is atrocious - instead of actually trying to resolve delivery issues for us to receive the items we've already paid for (and paid high 'express' shipping fees for), multiple customer service agents argued with us and refused to offer any solutions. When asked to put us through to a manager, they declined. We'll never shop here again.
After purchasing a gas boiler from Leroy Merlin la Zenia I had a problem with it over heating the water contacted LM was told to contact the manufacturer direct done this and they were not helpful went back to LM who will not help so will have to return the boiler for a refund not the service you expected
This experience has been nothing short of disastrous. I strongly advise against ordering any items requiring delivery from this store. They outsource their delivery services, and you may find it extremely difficult to receive your order. We placed an order for a fridge/freezer online on July 30, 2024. Two days later, we were informed that there was no stock available anywhere in Spain, leading to the cancellation of our order and an incorrect refund amount. To our astonishment, we later saw the same fridge/freezer listed on their website as available for purchase. We decided to place another order, but since then, we have been left waiting for delivery without any communication from Leroy Merlin or the delivery service regarding the timing of our order. If it were possible, we would rate this company a zero. The service has been utterly unacceptable.Esta experiencia ha sido un auténtico desastre. Recomiendo encarecidamente no pedir ningún artículo que requiera envío a esta tienda. Subcontratan sus servicios de entrega y puede resultar muy difícil recibir el pedido. Hicimos un pedido de un frigorífico/congelador online el 30 de julio de 2024. Dos días después, nos informaron de que no había existencias disponibles en ningún lugar de España, lo que provocó la cancelación de nuestro pedido y un importe de reembolso incorrecto. Para nuestra sorpresa, más tarde vimos el mismo frigorífico/congelador en su sitio web como disponible para su compra. Decidimos hacer otro pedido, pero desde entonces, nos han dejado esperando la entrega sin ninguna comunicación de Leroy Merlin o del servicio de entrega sobre el momento de nuestro pedido. Si fuera posible, calificaríamos a esta empresa con un cero. El servicio ha sido absolutamente inaceptable.
I bought a chair for my balcony through the website of Leroy Merlin. The supplier did not deliver the chair on the promised dates, the tracking number did not work, and the vendor never informed me of any delays. When I contacted Leroy Merlin, they said the would ask their third party to send it. Still no information sent. When contacting LEROY MERLIN again, they say it’s on the way, but no more information can be given. This is not a serious company. They have no control over their partners. Much better to shop at Amazon or a Chinese vendor. They of course inform me that I have to pay for transport charges to return the chair, that I have no idea of when could possibly arrive. I have contacted my bank to reverse the credit card payment. I have no recommendation whatsoever of this scam, and I am thoroughly disappointed
