On returning a faulty product I was met…

On returning a faulty product I was met with a very negative reaction from an assistant. She called another colleague who was equally obstructive.i demanded to see a manager who was phoned and eventually I was given a 15 euro refund. This was a very stressful experience and I will no longer shop at this store.

A very poor company to deal with

A very poor company to deal with. We purchased a pool cleaner on line costing 199 Euros. According to the website the nearest store had 1 in stock and we could pick it up at 3 p m. As the store is a good hour away we left early. Someone emailed us and told us they never had one in stock after all, one hour before we were due to collect. We arrived at the store and was told "We tried to tell you". Meanwhile they had one of the same pool cleaners on the shelves advertised but not for sale ! We then were told we would receive a refund within 14 days. This is a massive scam in progress , E200 approx sitting in their bank earning interest for two weeks, posing as a D I Y outfit !

Worst purchase experience ever!

Worst purchase experience ever. Bought a 3-in-1 A/C for €1400 and installation was set at €1000, which is high as there was already cables and pipes set up in the building, but they promised installed before 1st of July, so we accepted. After paying, they changed their mind and could not install before 9th of July. On 9th of July they wanted €600 more due to missing about half a meter of pipes on the roof. I had no other options then accept as we were far into the process. I paid right ahead as they promised to come back same day. Again, this was not true, they could not come before 17th of July as they had sent the installer somewhere else. We had multiple visitors of family at this time, so we refused. They were able to come 15th of July. But on the 15th of July, after about 8 hrs work, they concluded that the pipes in the building were broken, so they left and wanted more money to complete. 2 of the splits was installed, but they leaked. They said it was not their fault. However, we got a professional from the builder to inspect, and they could conclude that pipes was OK, but installer from Leroy had used wrong pipes the whole time. They said this was easy to check and was marked. After back and forth with Leroy staff, they finally sent them to install, again. Now it works, 1 month delayed, but with 2 holes in the walls and splits not installed nice and correct. Staff at Leroy Merlin Compact Vilanova and installation company has not showed any responsibility in this and the process is, in my opinion, lack of knowledge and signs of incompetence in selling and installing A/Cs. Not happy at all and I advise everyone to not buy A/C from this Leroy Merlin store. The pictures shows how they left it installed!Been over a week, and now the AC, that cost us over 3000 euros, don't produce cold air. The store don't send anyone to look at it, as they say this is sent to a central department due to our formal complaint. This store is so incompetant!Another weeknd over, and we had over 35 degrees. We bought the A/C for that reason. The store ignores our request to have technicians to come and fix it. We are lost now. We don't know what to do. We have used over 3.000 EUROS for something that doesn't work. We feel that Leroy Merlin VIlanova have stolen money from us!

I m really not happy with Leroy Merlin…

I m really not happy with Leroy Merlin Greenstone. They take advantage of the elderly people. Never allow your elders to go there alone. My mom bought PPC cement however KDC Cement was delivered yet we don't know what is KDC and un familiar with it. I really disappointed because now this means more expenses. If I take the cement back it required transport and to have it delivered again its another transport money.

Hemos perdido una pérgola de Leroy Merlín en Málaga y nos han prometido la entrega Lunes Esperamos en casa todo el día no la ha llegado la empresa de transporte de Leroy Merlín son inútil.Ahora necesito ir a Leroy Merlín otra vez sol en Málaga para una reembolsa Esperamos para medio hora en la cola deInformación una pesadilla mi consejo evita si es posible.Do not order anything from Leroy Merlín the transport companies are absolutely useless until LM can offer a proper service themselves I strongly recommend not using them.The company was due to deliver on a Monday despite waiting in all day and phoning LM 3 times apparently LM could only say it was out for delivery despite putting in a complaint still never heard anything from either transport or LM what was worse is you have to return to exactly the same LM ie in Malaga to get a refund Now try and get a Refund for something that hasn’t been delivered apparently LM need to send a form to the transport company and we need to wait for their discussions before we can get a refund Total joke!!

CECINA TV UNIT

We ordered the CECINA TV unit online - only once it arrived in Durban, were we informed that assembly was not possible. We then contacted a professional company for assembly, only to discover an absolute mess. Missing parts, mislabelled parts, and drilling where there should not have been. A waste of R1200. I have contacted their staff to request an immediate refund and collection of the unit, and all one receives is a series of vague emails via a thread. Note - on the website there are 2 contact numbers; however, these are never available? My advice? Stay away from this business.

Been here several times

Been here several times, more out of necessity out of anything else. Just awful service. They only have one person in each specific section, they have been told that no one else other than that person can help if the product belongs to that specific section. There's been times we having been waiting for over 30 mins to get some assistance, it's an absolute nightmare. It's a shame because I like the store, just a shame about the staff

Absolute the worst online shopping experience on the planet!!

Absolute the worst online store on the planet with the worst service and the worst customer support.I have bought a rug two months ago. It was not delivered due to a delivery driver not being able to find the address (!), blaming the customer the address was incorrect, while it has been correct to any other delivery driver in the last 20 years.Rug has been returned to the store but not registered as a return in the system. After two months I still has not got a refund.

Leroy's No Customer Service Ways …

Bad experience with the no customer services mentality of Leroy's sales manager and personnel. We have experienced this lack of concern many times over. It's alarming to witness the mind set of these people, lack of training and knowledge in dealing with customers. Once they have your money, its on their terms only especially when trying to schedule delivery or return of an item. It's time to move on from this dysfunctional group.
