Review Time
I am having the most terrible time with this company. I ordered a sink which arrived damaged. I contacted them to ask them to collect it, and send a replacement. That was on Wednesday, 10 July 2024. The damaged item has still not been collect, the replacement not sent and customer services are doing nothing. They are totally ineffective. I have launched 2 complaints so far and not heard a word.
Worst experience ever. The Athens shop in Marousi has zero customer service. Try to contact them for a month now after I went by the shop and send a couple of emails. Their bathroom products, porcelains etc are rubbish, went bad in a year. I need to change them again after the renovation I did last year. So exhausting!!! It’s a shame they exist at all.
I visited the store in St Brieuc to look for gates for my driveway.After speaking to a member of staff I paid 45€ for an artisan to visit my home to measure and then provide 2 quotes, one for new posts and gates and the other just for the gates, to include installation for both.The following morning I received a telephone call stating that the area where I live is too far for anyone to visit even though I had asked if my area was covered during my visit to the store.A day later I received a text message saying that an artisan had been found who would visit my home and he would contact me within 48 hours.This did not happen.After numerous calls to a call centre with the promise of a return call a visit by an artisan was finally arranged.The artisan duly came and promised the quotes within a week, unfortunately this did not happen and again I had to call to find out why I had not received the quotes, again I was promised a call back but this did not materialize.After nearly 6 weeks since my visit to the store I still hadn't received my quotes so decided to visit in person.I spoke to a person who could not have been less interested when I explained my disappointment and frustration, there was no apology given for the appalling service.He then handed me a quote which was outrageously expensive.What a con ! How many people have paid 45€ for this so called service.Shame on you Leroy Merlin.
We phoned and checked with Leroy that the work was going to start the 24th - the 24th they were coming and leaving materials and said they were going to begin next week ... couldn't they communicate with us about this - my husband is flying to Portugal especially for this work Whats the problem ???
How Leroy Merlin Buchrest steal from you ?!Is very simple: they put a price in the shop at the shelves and in reality , when you pay, the price is bigger! At me was double ! Nobody wants to speak with you, considering that you are not important for them ! If you don't check very carefully your invoice, you could be scamed by these people! Shame on them ! Is a fraud and has to be punished by law, because they always are making this kind of "mistakes" only detrimental the client! It's am ordinary scam ! Shame on the Leroy Merlin Sun Plaza and on their employees !
