Damaged flood light

They sent one flood light which was damaged. I contacted them and they issued another one a few days later. The second one was even more damaged then the first one. Im unable to initiate a return as the first one shows as returned. After I've send 4 emails to get a refund I have not had a single reply and now lost the money I paid.

Good Lights - run out of battery

Really nice lights, easy to install. Only problem is tha betteries only last a couple of days before they need replacing.
