Very poor experience. I paid £7.99 for delivery that was meant to arrive by 17 November—nothing arrived. After emailing, they said it would come by the 24th—still no delivery. I sent three further emails with no response.I then received an email from their sister company saying the item was actually out of stock and wouldn’t be available until around 19 January. This was only communicated after I chased multiple times.I’ve now requested a refund or a different product and am still getting no reply from either of the companies. Extremely disappointing service.
Was a bit wary about ordering from here as it’s not a website I’d heard of and there are many lighting websites drop-shipping from China. Saw Trustpilot reviews and gave it a go. Happy to say I’m pleasantly surprised! Ordered in the evening and they arrived the next day, fantastic service. And for the price we paid, the lights are very well made and look great. Would definitely use again.
