The ladies at the office are all so friendly. Whenever I have a question they are quick to answer and explain things in a way that is easy to understand. They make you feel very comfortable while having your procedures and the sessions fly by! I am doing my 3rd round of Treat-To-Complete. Every inch I’ve lost has stayed off. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
Everyone at LightRx Face and Body is pleasant, is easy to talk with. while you're getting your procedure done they are explaining things to you as well as talking to you about other things to make your time go by fast. I love coming here and can't wait to get another procedure done.
Stay away from light RX! Their products do not work. They do not tell you the truth up front. I have been fighting for months for the refund on unused products for them and they will refuse to give you a refund and then just tell you to come in and use your package(s). I have them a valid try and went for months. The lipo they tell you is not permanent and try to sell you packages that over 3k they say work which they do not none of it works. For months I have fought for a refund up to the regional level and nothing all they care about is money and from digging they don't even care about the bad reviews.
