Solid white gold necklace birthstone pendant

Ordered a solid white gold necklace with birthstone pendant with emerald as a milestone birthday present. Ordering straight forward and prompt tracked delivery by Royal Mail within 5 days. The necklace is extremely delicate and the pendant is small. Unfortunately on the first wear the clasp broke off, but luckily we didn’t lose the necklace. Contacted Lily and Roo customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. A returns label was sent soon after and the broken necklace returned. Once we had provided the tracking details a replacement was sent in a few days. Although disappointed that the necklace broke so soon, I am really impressed with the customer support. Thank you.

Amazing service

Amazing company! The necklace I was gifted was stunning. Due to wear and tear, I needed to contact Lily and Roo for advice on my necklace, they responded immediately and were so helpful. They sent me a replacement necklace after I sent mine one back. Over all amazing service I will be buying from them again!
