Amazing customer service....

I cannot fault the customer service I received from Lily and Roo Jewellery Team. I purchased a necklace online with an engraving for a christening gift. After noticing I was only meant to select 3 letters, not 4, I panicked thinking the gift would be ruined, so I contacted the team straight away. I received a quick and lovely response from Olivia who explained that they had gone ahead and added the additional letter. I was so relieved and cannot thank the team enough for their amazing customer service, resolving my request so quickly, hassle free, when it was my fault in the first place. I cannot wait to give this necklace as a gift!Thank you!

Beware if ordering from Ireland

I ordered a small pendant for my daughter, it cost over €200. I paid for shipping at €18.95. But when it arrived, I had to pay over €70 extra in custom charges. I understand having to pay custom charges but over €70 on top of what I paid is crazy.I contacted customer support to see if it was some error but they stated that it says in their website that customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes when sending overseas and that due to Brexit, they don’t add English VAT to the orders at check-out anymore to orders leaving the country. This allows for each country to add their own VAT when it reaches them. I just want anyone else ordering from Ireland to be aware of this and how large the custom fee can get. Safe to say I won’t ever be ordering from Lily&roo again.

Fantastic customer service and love my necklace

There was an error with my first order and I spoke with a lovely member of the team, Breanna who sorted it straight away and within 2 days a replacement had arrived. Very attentive and quick to sort. Highly recommend

Incredible customer service!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Lily and Roo enough. The jewellery is not only lovely but also such high quality!I purchased one of their miniature initial letter necklaces last year, and I can honestly say it’s one of my favourite pieces of jewellery! Unfortunately, I had an issue where the chain broke, so I got in contact with them, and they were incredibly helpful. Within a few hours of sending the email, they provided me with a returns label for the necklace, and as soon as I sent my proof of postage, the confirmation for the replacement necklace was in my inbox!The customer service at Lily and Roo is incredible; they are so kind and helpful. I will definitely continue to purchase from this lovely company, especially after the exceptional service I received!

Customer service excellent After contacting Breanna on the live chat she responded immediately and was so helpful throughout the process. After having had an issue unfortunately with not receiving my bracelet after sending it for repair, Breanna went above and beyond to help!
