I was very impressed by the way the firm handled my order as, being 88 years old, I got in a muddle on ordering on the internet and they went to considerable trouble in contacting me and helping me complete the order. I was also delighted with the lovely gold cross and chain.
My beautiful pearl necklace (purchased 12 months earlier) snapped. I was so disappointed as I was just wearing it and had done nothing to provoke it. However I emailed Lily and Roo and without question was sent a pre paid label to return for repair. Received back all in order within a week. The customer service is commendable.

Lilyandroo have been absolutely amazing. I had originally purchased a necklace from them for my wedding which is beautiful and I really wanted the bracelet to match. Unfortunately the size small didn’t fit my small wrist. I reached out to them to ask for advice and was put in touch with Breanna who was super helpful and kind! They were able to accept back the bracelet I had and exchange it for a custom size bracelet to fit my wrist perfectly. The process was super smooth and stress free which when you’re planning your wedding and already stressed is exactly what you need! Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you!
