Beautiful jewellery. Bought my daughter a necklace for graduation and it broke. I emailed to see if there was anything that could be done, received an email back within the hour. Replacement sent out one broken one received back. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.
Their jewellery is beautiful but their customer service goes above & beyond.I unfortunately recently lost 1 of their curved initials & contacted them. To my total disbelief they have very kindly sent me a replacement.Would very highly recommend them.Angie Youle
My husband bought me a gift for our silver wedding anniversary which they assured prompt delivery( which he paid extra for) well it’s not turned up and very little communication from them. He is distraught that a gift for our special day didn’t arrive!! Very angry and certainly will not shop with again or recommend !! Disgusting service.. if I could give 0 stars I would. Has really spoilt what should have been a special day!!!
I ordered a necklace for my daughter. I was very impressed with the quality, the packaging was exceptional (at no extra cost) and delivery was super quick.
