I am a returning customer to Lily and Roo. Your Jewellery is beautiful. I had an issue with my Daughters necklace and it was resolved and replaced within days. Customer service is just outstanding. Very helpful and very prompt! I can't recommend them enough. I'll definitely be buying again.
This company is just fantastic! My son-in-law and myself bought my daughter a necklace for her 30th birthday last year - she had wanted it for ages. Unfortunately she is currently in hospital with a serious illness, and away from her 3 month old baby and during treatment her necklace was broken. Breanna from the team has been so helpful and supportive and sorted out a replacement really quickly. It brightened my daughter’s day when we visited at the weekend. Customer service was faultless. Courier was unable to deliver due to incomplete address and when the package was returned to Lily&Roo they immediately got in touch to give me options of refund or redelivery. Parcel was delivered the following day and it was well worth the wait. I am over the moon with the quality of my order and wouldn’t hesitate to return for future purchases. Highly recommend!
