I’ve bought several pieces from Lily and Roo now (earrings, bracelet, and a ring) and everything has always been absolutely beautiful and really well made. Their delivery is super prompt and everything is nicely packaged.I did have an issue recently with a ring that arrived faulty, but their customer service was honestly brilliant. Liv couldn’t have been more helpful in getting a replacement out to me in time for Christmas, which I really appreciated.Overall, I’ve consistently had great experiences with them. Gorgeous jewellery, lovely service, and really good prices. Highly recommend - especially for gifting!
Great retailer and fantastic service! I ordered just after Black Friday and there was an issue with my order. I contacted them via email detailing the problem and within 24 hours a replacement item was dispatched with a tracking number available.There was no issue or hassle, just a wonderful human cx service experience and the item made an excellent Christmas present.
I originally left 2 stars when I hadn’t heard back about my repair, but the team got in touch straight away and arranged a replacement necklace due to the issues I was having. Whenever I spoke to them they were really helpful, I’m really grateful as the piece means a lot to me.
I had a piece of jewellery bought for me as a gift last Christmas, sadly earlier this year it broke. I decided to reach out today to see if there was anything that could be done before I took it to a jeweller to fix, I received a response almost instantly and have been sent out a replacement item on next day delivery! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today and I can’t wait to wear my necklace again!
I have now purchased three items from Lily and Roo (two necklaces and one pair of earrings) and they have all broken in <12 months. The clasps on both necklaces broke, and the stem on the earrings snapped. The latter broke on the second time of wearing!! Really disappointed as I love the look of the pieces, but they are clearly terrible quality.
