Avoid! Products not good quality. Over heats. You can only return UNUSED products - so useless when faulty - and you have to pay return postage to China. They offered me a 10% refund, but failed to even give that despite chasing 3 times. Just avoid completely and save your money and time. This is clearly not a good company to deal with.
Typically a foreign company pretending to be a uk based company. £6.95 for Royal Mail next day delivery, took almost a month to arrive. I wouldn’t have got these if I’d have known as I have no idea if they have been tested to UK or EU standards.
Not received dryer yet, despite £5.95 postage which i thought was next day delivery. The worse thing was you sign up for a free VIP membership then find it costs £3.95 a month, which they take from the account you bought the dryer with. When pointed out that i didnt agree to this charge, they apologised that it wasnt made clear, but refused to refund as the transaction had gone through. So beware, even if they only manage to get one payment of £3.95 from everyone who agreed to the free VIP membership that is a lot a money they are taking from peoples bank account's.
Terrible customer service, STAY AWAY, read all the 1 star reviews they are true!They sent out my delivery out to the wrong address, which was proven on the delivery photo taken at the time. Despite having the visible proof it was never delivered they are refusing to accept any accountability. This issue has been going on for at least 4 weeks and I am still no nearer to having my money refunded.
Like the hair styler it's very loud but it's a good enough cheaper then the Dyson not sure how long it will last ???but I ordered 2 by mistake be very careful as you have to pay to send back to china for a refund over £24 ..... So not happy with the customer service!!!! Wouldn't recommend to any of my friends and family
Absolutely awful product. Cannot believe i fell for their marketing. It is cheap, cheaper than cheap to be honest. Disgusting customer service. Also offered money back guarantee. This does not exist. Cheap product from China. Dont waste your money on it.
