I am reserving judgment. I’ve had my styler for less than a week and have only used it once. My immediate concern is that the round volumizing brush, which is the one I would use most of all, does not have a cool tip thus limiting safe control of the brush. Maybe a complimentary heat resistant glove should have been included. This would also be very useful when changing the very hot right and left curl barrels. Having to wait for them to cool down is a bit annoying. Also, as my hair is not long but layered to just about shoulder length, I don’t think that this appliance will be able to be used to its full potential.
Good easy transaction. Arrived within 7 days tracking provided. Nice light dryer easy to add attachments and I have arthritis so nice and light and easy to use. Loved the styler brush which also gave a great shine to me hair. Two curling wands a left and right . Watched the tutorial and quickly got the hang of it. A good product and a lot less money than its major competitor
