Unfortunately my styler wasn't delivered (. Marked as delivered but nowhere to be found) I have emailed multiple times and had no reply after almost 2 weeks! No phone number to be found so frustrating and very poor customer service... Sad as I returned a Shark styler thinking this would be amazing

Cheap and not curls the hairs its a fake website please don’t waste your money on it.. All the good reviews are fakedThey dont even now reply my email Quality was so so bad very loud voice from the dryer and all instruments inside it when we use it
STAY ClearI purchased item it arrived late then decided to return item. Made contact to customer service they requested picture of all items box and packaging which I sent. They confirmed everything OK to proceed with returns but didn't give me a returns address.I have sent several emails and still not received anything other than we will respond in 1-2 businesses days.The I received an email from them offering me a 10%refund to keep product which I declined. For the past 7 days I have emailed them every day Still waiting for them to produce a returns address.
This product is cheap, nasty, and absolutely nothing like what they advertise. The quality is extremely poor — it doesn’t do anything to the hair, not even close to the results shown online. Clearly all good reviews out there are fake. Instead of styling, it just gets dangerously hot, to the point where it feels unsafe to use. Honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made.On top of that, the customer service is shocking. I contacted them the day after ordering to cancel, and they refused. Then the item took weeks to arrive, and when I tried to return it, they kept delaying, asking for unnecessary photos and giving no clear return address. They stopped responding for days at a time, clearly hoping I’d give up. In the end, I had to go through my bank to get my money back because they wouldn’t deal with the return properly. Save yourself the stress — do not order from this company.
