Long story short, my husband saw a psychiatrist through LiveHealth, a few days later he was in the hospital for his mental health, got released, and was instructed to follow up with his psychiatrist within the week because the meds they gave him only lasted 14 days. I booked him an appointment and the doctor rescheduled twice with no reason provided. The last rescheduling was for the day before the 14 days of meds were up. I tried to book him with a different psychiatrist through LiveHealth for a sooner appointment. That one ALSO gets canceled. I call customer support and she (rudely) tells me that it's in their terms and conditions that the providers can't prescribe controlled substances so that's "probably" why they keep canceling. So they were going to just keep rescheduling his appointment forever without any explanation? That's so extremely dangerous for a psych patient, I can't even believe they don't see what's wrong with this. Do not use this service.
Please read the reviews before signing up for this service, I wish I did. Dr. Leonard Barely does not care for his patients, all he cares about is the money period. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who was supposed to help my mental health. This service will ruin you if you accidentally miss an appointment and will be no help in rescheduling a new appointment. Do not use this service
They literally charge $40.00 for a missed appointment. I had an emergency come up with my kid and this greedy company billed me $40.00 even after a rescheduled and was on time for my appointment the following day. The bill my insurance a ridiculous amount for a 30 minute session and then have the nerve to bill me an additional $40.00. I cancelled all appointments going forward. Y’all can go to hell.
Terrible experience. I tried getting an appointment for 10 PM. I move my schedule and at 9.55 I try to login and the provider rescheduled the appointment without any prior notice. I called the company to ask why and I was told by the agent she is not sure. Another strange thing she read out my email on file , which was different than the one they were sending me emails at. The agent told me she doesn't have the email I was getting emails on their file. How can they send appointment related emails to an email that is not on their file ??? How can I be sure they haven't sent my appointment details to other peoples email ID???? I am now more worried of a HIPAA violation than a last minute appointment cancellation. Feels like this company thinks health issues are a joke ! I do not recommend
Talked with a doctor for maybe 2 minutes tops. She knew nothing about me and didn't help me at all. Told me to go to my regular doctor. I was so extremely sick I couldn't even make the drive to my regular doctor. All I needed was a simple antibiotic for a recurring chronic problem that was very obvious, even over video chat. Complete waste of money!!
Zero stars. Called to get a refill fory Albuterol. Pharmacy never got it. It's been several hours. This is not the first time this has happened. It happens everytime. Now I have to spend time looking for a number to call to get a refund. Also going to file a fraud claim with my credit card.
Live Health Online is a subsidiary of Anthem. There is no one available to triage issue for Live Health and Anthem, my insurer, cannot help with Live Health issues. Appointment 5/24/23 for sinus infection and bronchitis like symptoms- 11 days since onset. Was told can't offer antibiotics until 14 days have passed. Holiday weekend. 5/30/23 wake up with stabbing pain in ear as well as continuing previous symtoms. 8: am call Live Health, Doc is short, doesn't care, but will call in scip. 11 am I check with pharmacy- no scip. Call Live Health, Dr. did not send the prescription. 3 pm still no prescription so call Live Health- Dr. Forgot to put dosage information on the scrip. It will be 2 hours before they send the prescription. I get off work at 4 pm- I am sick I want to go home and go to bed in the city where I live that has no pharmacy. Now, I will be stuck here waiting on a prescription until God knows when. No one can escalate the issue but I can file a grievance. How about someone just SOLVE the Problem, expedite the issue and call in the meds? Customer service gets a big fat zero. Mistakes happen, but it says all I need to know about your company in the way you handle those mistakes.Update 4:45 PM there is still no prescription at the pharmacy. Guess I go to the actual Urgent care and Anthem should pay? or pay me back? Ha
