Completely scam. Do not, I repeat do not buy anything in this website or worse try the app.It's been months and months end I cannot login to my account, recover the password never works and the customer service almost inexistent. When you are "lucky" enough to speak with a representative, they are dismissive, disregard any issue and keep saying all sort of lies. I lost about 100 eur with them in vouchers trying to solve a problem they caused. 100% service with Groupon and Pigsback. Go for them, there is very little difference in price for the same deal and you are guaranteed the service, product or REAL support. Living social is a SCAM
I bought one travel, didn’t gave me information from the travel, also after two email. The Travel company also didn't respond me! When I said enough, I want to return my money, after many-many email and complaint, the Livingsocial gave me credit woucher. Not gave me money!! Didn't ask me I want credit or not, they are decided instead me, what I want with my money!!!! 😠😠😠😡😡😡
i had ordered a centilever parasol where the top was tipping and i had to tie it up. i am disable and was not happy with it. after numerable attempts contacting them atlast they said i could return it at my own cost. I had also ordered two lot of outdoor Moroccon lights which I have returned but they refuse to pay me. I contacted the company good bagen and asked them for postal address to find the postal receipt, no help there . I am still repeating myself many a times about this, asking them the address of the company so that I can trace the postal transaction. they are not doing it. i am getting physically sick with this. i even contacted the Resolver uk. no help as non stop they are asking me the same information. i am an old customer of theirs and wish I had read these reviews before, I would not have got involved with them. i am a registered disable and a pensioner. I wish there are places where they could deal with our complaints. how can they sleep at night doing innocent people like us. no wonder they can afford to advertise for wowcher non stop on TV. this company need to be stopped trading. Can trading standards help here? i would give them zero not even one star or making me cry and getting my BP up. No other company has treated me in such a way. Ordered on 5th July and goods have never arrived. I wish also that I’d read the reviews for this “company”! I’ve tried emailing, live chat (no response from someone called Mary) and also WhatsApp. I’ve wasted money and I’m not even working because I’m too vulnerable following the pandemic . Living social should be ashamed of taking peoples money with no intention of having any further contact. I also was charged £4.99 delivery which is a joke. I paid through PayPal so might try getting a refund through them. LS are appalling!! I’ve also tried to get the voucher and living social are trying to charge me a further £2.99 postage!!!
