I've just received what is supposed to be a fan it's a very cheap piece of tat l was charged £14.99 and £4.99 postage they add it on after you've paid living social are scammers nothing they sell is worth what they charge.. the wind from this so called fan is very weak .. all living social and Wowcher sell is very cheaply made rubbish it didn't cost £4.99 postage their is hardly any weight to it all their it's are not worth what they charge avoid this company they are thieves
This is a complete fraudulent company. Do not patronise them for whatever reason. I traced their acclaimed office address in Derby and it was a dead end. Nobody in that building believed to have know they existed not even the Uber guy around. They would have swindled me about £350 but for the spirit of God that said I should be patient and check their office the next day and pick whatever I want from their office instead of online. They are ripping the unsuspecting public off.
Dissatisfied - through Living Social, I Booked a Hotel and Tina Turner Show in London with OMG hotels, way back in Feb for 5 people (including an 86 year old) totalling over £500, have tried many times to contact both companies, as it is not confirmed what showing time at theatre we have, therefore have not been able to book any other excursions, we also need to know what room configuration we have for the five travelling - never had any replies from OMG .We are travelling to London on Wednesday 13th from Southampton and still have not received the vouchers!! as we cannot get through to OMG hotels and speak to a human, I am getting very anxious at even getting said vouchers! - Really not impressed with the service provided so far. Why are Living Social even using this company and why do living social not respond to complaint emails??If anyone from Living Social or OMG reads this and wants to redeem themselves my booking number is 40587196 in the name of Brown. I have also messaged you and put a comment via facebook, emailed both the congierge team and booking@OMG, nothing receivd back yet. Appalling!!
I was hoping to give zero stars as I’m very very disappointed and so wish I had read the reviews first!! I bought two fire pits advertised as being worth £299 each £75 each and it’s complete rubbish you can buy them cheaper on Amazon. The one that is worth £299 has a slate top and these are just metal, totally mis-sold! Now I’m afraid to return them to the company in case I lose my money and the fire pits! Nobody is speaking to me from Living Social and you cannot ring the company, apparently due to Covid and the WhatsApp chat is a complete farce! Looks like my only option is trading standards as this should not be allowed to happen!
I agree with everyone it is a total scam thought that I was buying a bed told it was a voucher reciet for voucher tried to use went into my account to be told nothing there unable to contact anyone they have the nerve to send more adverts Were are trading g standards
This company are adisgrace. Ordered garden chairs last month, one afrrived broken. Reported to seller and no reply, complained to LS and they have taken weeks to even contact the seller.you cannot contact them on the phone and have to fight to get anyone e to respond. Goung to go to paypal for refund. Will never bother with them again.
Absolute rubbish. Ordered some tops, said delivery would be on or before a certain date. The date has come and gone. Tried to email them and got no response, tried to contact the retailer, myboo.co.uk, the tops were coming from, got no response. Found a WhatsApp contact for livingsocial. Registered a complaint, received a message to say if they did not reply within 24 hours, I would get a 10% voucher, not that I would consider buying anything from them again to use it! 24 hours has come and well gone still no response ….UPDATE 24/06/2022 - livingsocial eventually contacted me back, immediately after posting this review, I was given another delivery date. Guess what that date has come and past and still no delivery …
