Worst customs broker ever don’t know how people still give business to these guys. No outage or anything so no excuse for that waiting for 7 hrs to clear a load, excuse we have too many loads to clear, hire more people do something about, have no respect for drivers or carriers, going forward will never take a load if I find out if Livingston is the broker.
i wish i can give them zero star. what an terrible broker. government should initiate and close this brokerage asap. they are wasting lot of carrier time. not sure why customer hire this kind of worst broker for clearance. there is lot of broker available who are reliable.
Seems like Livingston doesn’t care about the reviews. People who do business with them doesn’t read the reviews. 6 hours and no team is assigned to the shipment. Driver contact centre, who are those people?? They have no answer for anything ever, keeps reading the same script. Why do you even exist Livingston??
Often we are having to contact the call center many times just to get shipment started. Weekends/evenings are almost impossible any clearances processed. Average is 12-20 hours for a shipment to be started and processed on the weekend/evenings.
I have 16 year trucking experience but the worst broker i ever faced is Livingston !! Every single load is for clear over 7 hours ! Every single time I call this broker an operator refer to mysterious team which is working doing the best 🤬If this is the "best" what is the worst ???? Some time they refer to slow system operating or down of system.I apologize for my french but burn in hell livingston!!!!!
THE WORST EVER! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE OR THEIR CUSTOMERS. LIVINGSTON (WITHOUT THAT SHUT DOWN LAST WEEK) COSTS THEIR CUSTOMERS WAIT TIME FROM CARRIERS. LINE SHUT DOWNS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT LOGICAL OR CARE ABOUT ANYONE! THE PCC IS USELESS AND THEY TAKE THE BRUNT OF IT. THE PCC HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTEDT TO BLOW PEOPLE OFF AND GET YELLED AT. I KNOW. I'VE DONE IT!!! I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD FOR THE 2ND TIME FOR 11 MINUTES NOW AFTER BEING BOOTED OUT OF THE SYSTEM BEING ON HOLD FOR OVER 15 MINUTES. I HAD A NEW CUSTOMER TELL ME THAT THEIR LIVINGSTON REP DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO SET THEM UP IN THEIR SYSTEM THAT DAY. THIS CUSTOMER HAD ALREADY BEEN WORKING WITH THEM TO DO SO DAYS BEFORE AND COULDN'T GET HIS FREIGHT CLEARED. WASN'T A ONE TIME LOAD EITHER. I RECOMMENDED ANOTHER BROKER AND HE GOT SETUP AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF HIS FREIGHT IN A FEW HOURS.LIVINGSTON. CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!! YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TO CLEAN UP YOUR REPUTATION AND YOU DON'T CARE TOO. I REFER MY CUSTOMERS TO BUCKLAND.10 MINUTES LATER - I JUST CONVERTED ANOTHER CUSTOMER OF YOURS.
